LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Pat Riley can suck it. 4 straight Finals and 2 championships is history you greedy bitch. We would kill for that here in Cleveland. And anywhere Lebron goes, that team will probably make history, so it's not like he needs Pat Riley. Even ignoring the hometown aspect, the Cavs offered a better supporting cast than the Heat, so Riley only has himself to blame.

Now just accept your consolation prize of Luol Deng and move on. :chuckle:

LeBron thought an NBA future with a young Kyrie was better than an NBA future with an aging Dwyane. Let that sink in Patrick.

Riley is arrogant, always has been. He's been too cool for school forever.

On another topic, one of the most exhilarating things about James' game is when he takes the challenge of putting the clamps on hot players in the 4th quarter. We saw that against Harden and Lou Williams recently. It won one game and almost both of them. That is one of the reasons I wanted to keep Wiggins. I thought as James aged Wiggins might have the versatility and athleticism to do this also, particularly under the tutelage of an all-time great.

"The D is silent, hillbilly..."

Thought he had an average game by his standards but he really stepped up in the later stages of the fourth quarter and especially the over time. But my favourite moments of the match were those bro bumps between him and Kyrie.

Is this team best when LeBron takes a back seat to Kyrie/Love? We know LeBron can take it to beast mode with the flip of a switch....

I've said it all year, sometimes to heavy criticism, Kyrie has become a better scorer than LBJ. Not necessarily a better player, but, the dude can score better than 99% of NBA players right now.

LeBron hit some big shots tonight, played well just settled a bit too much. However, I want Kyrie with the rock in his hands with the clock running down 10 out of 10 times, and I would have told you that yesterday. I've always been a huge believer in Kyrie, grave dig if you want.

57 points. That's why LeBron came here, Riles. Nobody on Miami is capable of doing anything close to that at this point.

Given that Wade's career high is fifty points, I'd say no one in Miami was ever capable of doing that.

Leonard really plays him tough. You could see Lebron having to raise his off hand on his drives to try to create space with him there. Plus he has to guard him on the other end so he ends up spending a lot of energy.

That being said it would help if the refs don't let Duncan get away with so many fouls. He's big cry baby I know but that was an obvious foul where Lebron got hacked on left handed drive by Duncan and then the Spurs hit an open fastbreak 3 off the board with a tech on top of that. That was a 6 point swing! Instead of FT's to bring the game to 4, we went down by 10.

Yeah. Kwahi probably guards him better than anyone else. What also helps is Spurs as a defensive unit are very good and it gives Kwahi the security to defend more aggressively. But all said and done, he still dropped 30+ points and averaged around 27 points against them in the NBA Finals with above 50% from the field above 40% from beyond the arc. They restrict him from completely dominating the game but inspite of that he still manges to contribute fairly well and in some games dominate and win the match.

Idk.. Last night game IMO only further proves that the ball should be in lebrons hand in clutch time.

Kyrie is a good 3 point shooter and spot up shooter, why wouldn't anyone want lebron to pass it to kyrie?

Idk.. Call me crazy but I'd prefer kyrie off ball and lebron to handle the rock with the game on the line..
