LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hustoun is better? Even without Kyrie the only reason Cavs lost was because Lebron choked on FT's... with Kyrie Cavs would have beaten them by double digits(10-15)
Yeah, Houston is most definitely not better. And obviously Harden is not better than LeBron (not even close, honestly).

I'll never forget the possession Lebron went beast mod on defense on Harden... some crazy stuff. Too bad that doing it the whole game burns so much energy

I've said it all year, sometimes to heavy criticism, Kyrie has become a better scorer than LBJ. Not necessarily a better player, but, the dude can score better than 99% of NBA players right now.

Why choose? Just enjoy.

How is this a debate? They literally have the better record, in the better conference, and while missing Dwight HOward a large portion of the year. What is your argument against........

I don't care how you feel they match-up in a playoff scenario, we are talking about handing out REGULAR SEASON awards.

James Harden has been a statistically better player on a statistically better team. What's the argument, guys?

It's an MVP discussion, not a trade value column or a career award. Has James Harden been better than LeBron James this season? That's it.

To be fair, I could never vote for Harden for MVP. I do not support league manufactured superstars.

If Russ keeps up anything like the pace he is on now I don't see how you can go anywhere else.

His stats are mind blowing. I'm a bit biased because Im not much of a fan of harden's game. He just doesn't really seem to care imo. Meanwhile, you can tell Russ would do anything in his power to win and cares deeply.

Also fairly amazing that AD is posting a 31 PER on the year and is basically an afterthought in the race.

Lebron is realistically not going to win it this year. He was hurt and we struggled for the first third of the season. Russ and Harden also have the luxury of being options 1 2 3 and sometimes 4 on their team on most nights due to durant/howard being down respectively.

Without looking it up I would venture to guess it would be the first time in history the same team had an MVP back to back and it was a different player each year.

Harden is a really polarizing player because he rarely looks good doing it, but he's pretty much an efficiency machine.

He doesnt look like Curry or Kyrie with the ball, but his ballhandling is incredibly effective. He looks like the refs give him every call, but when you watch close, he deserves most calls he gets.

Lebron and Harden both elevate everyone. Take either off the floor and its a long night. I didn't think the Rockets could be this good without Howard. The Cavs should be okay without LBJ, but they aren't.

Lebron and him have similar effects on their team this year. I could make an argument for Lebron doing it all while also having to be a player/coach and manage all the egos and try and make things mesh with a bunch of talented parts, but Harden is probably the MVP going by the criteria of how we pick MVP's since the Jordon era, and I'm sure he'd like to have a Kyrie and Love to try and mesh with rather than go it alone every night.

Before MJ, it was generally the best player. I think Lebron is the best player, and if he isn't, it's Davis, not Curry or Harden imo, but Harden I think should win by modern standards. I think Curry will win. The media like him more and he's the best player on the best team, and he looks good doing it.

Well in that case Hawks are better than the Cavs... yet the Cavs are favorites to win the east. Stastics talks about the entire season including the rough start... this Cavs team is better than Houston... theres no debate because even on a bad game they onky lost cause Lebron chocked

I can show 10 more examples wht stastics don't always tell the truth. Look at the Spurs

Again, we're talking about regular season awards and not playoff match-ups. The MVP award is for the most valuable player over an entire season, not 40 games.

I would vote Westbrook MVP at this moment. What he's doing is incredible.

I wasnt talking about MVP... I was talking about who is the better team.

I already said Im sure Curry would take the MVP
