LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It's an MVP discussion, not a trade value column or a career award. Has James Harden been better than LeBron James this season? That's it.
I don't think so. I think if you remove the names of the players, people would take LeBron for his efficiency.

Regardless, the award belongs to Curry this season.

Is Lebron playing tonight? I imagine he's gonna sit to rest up for Miami tomorrow?

The MVP voting is probably going to go

Curry
Harden/Westbrook(Westbrook is making a HUGE push right now, but at the same time his team is still going to be the 8th seed).
LeBron
Davis

And that's fine. The first 39 games ruined LeBron's MVP chances, because he looked bad and the team was under .500.

He came back, re-affirmed he was the best player on the planet and we are legit title contenders.

I think LeBron will actually win the MVP again next year. I think the team, whether we win the title or not, will rip through the regular season due to finally having some year-to-year roster and coaching consistency. We'll win 65 games and LeBron will do something wild like average 13 assists a game from the small forward position to go with 25 points and 7 boards.

Not trying to budge in on this conversation, but Harden is actually more efficient than Lebron (60% TS percentage vs 58% TS percentage) because of Lebron's poor free throw shooting.

I wonder if there has ever been an MVP whose team hasn't made the playoffs. Might see our 1st this year.

75-76 - Kareem won MVP on the Lakers, who went 40-42 and missed the playoffs.

Westbrook isn't winning MVP, though.

Harden's phantom foul calls don't amuse me nor should they amuse the voters.

He's a good FT shooter, sure, but he should be shooting about half as many as he does.

Not trying to support the bitch (Harden, that is) or the way he gets his points. But the fact of the matter is that he uses it to his advantage and scores very efficiently, and I was simply correcting the poster who said that Lebron is more efficient.
