Don't think we can get better than Mills and Splitter for Haywood's contract. But, at the same time, the idea of "helping" Spurs is something that I am not sure about at all.

People say this, but they don't ask whether San Antonio would be concerned about helping the Cavs. Seems to me to be a bigger worry for them since the Cavs chance of coming out of the East would appear to be greater than the Spurs coming out of the West, even with LMA.

Of course, San Antonio may have little choice but do business with the Cavs, unless they are willing to give Sam Hinkie a call.

Why do so many people wants Splitter and Mills? Both are one dimensional ass

Somehow the Spurs managed to win a title with these two getting good minutes and neither of them are over the hill.

I think they'd be good rotational players here. They don't have to be great.

And quite frankly, it's what is realistic with the Haywood contract.

Yeah, I know it's unlikely. But with 24 more hours of waiting before the frenzy gets started, I really want one thing re: the Haywood contract:

That the Cavs make a trade so one-sided in their favor, it makes me forget about how they gave away Karasev, Zeller, and a first-round pick in order to get rid of Jarrett Jack's contract. For once, I want the Cavs to rake another team desperate for capspace over the coals.

I dunno, I think Mills with LBJ is awesome, his advanced stats are impressive, Tiago is redundant and SF is way more important for us than him, especially because of Christmas which I think could be a rotational player this year.

Jack's contract was not that bad if at all, The cavs were just pressured by themselves.. they were all very good contracts.

What teams other than the Spurs are desperate to clear cap room? I talking about this last night with the thought of Bledsoe if lets say Aldridge was going there.
