Fastlane Tonight - in Cleveland!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Big Dick Dudley was ECW

I know.. does it make it less entertaining though? Lol

Aaaand there's the Ric Flair endorsement. Just a matter of time before Cena ties, and eventually breaks, the record..

I'd be shocked if thats really a statue... I wouldn't mind seeing a pissed off masked Kane under there

HOLY SHIT, YES!!!

Give him a run with the belt. I don't care if he can't go every month, just do it, Vince!

Knew it was the Stinger all along, read reports that he flew in this afternoon.

Me too, doesn't make it any less awesome though.

I just hope they don't do something stupid like align him with Cena

The way Sting held that belt up says alot of what could be happening soon as Night of Champions. Gotta give the man one run. Seth has his whole career left.

Would also somewhat explain him losing to HHH. Kind of a compromise if he gets a run.

They'd probably only let him hold it until survivor series or so.

From the conclusion I quickly imagined him holding the title until Royal Rumble at the latest, which is another major PPV to make a lot of money. WWE can then handpick their WM Main Event in one show. Gets Sting his first and last run as WWE Champion, sets up the young talent to perform in the Championship picture at WM. Sting can then move on to a Retirement match with Taker.

I wouldn't like a a 1 or 2 month run, but maybe that's what his body can sustain. But I would be locked in every Raw/ppv if his reign was a lengthy one.

I'd be perfectly cool with it lasting til royal rumble.

I'd love if it lasted until Mania, where he'd drop it to Taker, who does his kneel pose. The lights go out, come back on, Taker is gone, & the title is laying in the ring.

Lol my bad, that's how I've envisioned Taker's last Mania match going (regardless of opponent).

However, you don't think it's looking like it'll be Brock/Taker 3 at Mania?

What do they do with Brock until then? Presumably it won't be a feud with Bo Dallas.

No idea, but there's no point in that finish unless they have plans for a rubber match between them..

There were reports on Taker participating at this year's Survivor Series since that's where it all started for the dead man. Itll be the 25th anniversary. Maybe they can settle the rubber match there, I really don't care for yet another Taker rematch at WM, him and Sting would be an awesome sendoff.

But if he does wrestle at SS, this may be his retirement tour.

Completely agree. I don't want Taker/Brock at Mania again, I just think that's where they're headed. I'll gladly take the rubber match at Survivor Series, however.

Survivor Series has a good ring to it as well concerning them two and where this is going, give us a stipulation, no count out, no submission, no pinfall... Last man to survive sounds pretty good because of where this thing is headed all being Taker's revenge, now flipped to Brock and Heyman's revenge, the controversy around the tapout, I think a LMS match is a good measure, but the toddler in me would want a casket match. Always loved those matches as a kid.
