Is trade pretty much anyone not named Kluber, Carrasco, Lindor and Brantley for Kyle Schwarbee
 
I really hope we get a Cubs v Mets NLCS and Jays v Astros ALCS. New blood at least gives me an exciting reason to tune in.
 
I've been a die hard Cubs fan for the last 4 days. I need this one!
 
A Cubs/Mets NLCS would basically guarantee some kind of heart-breaking moment occurring.
 
Cubs have been my NL team since Ryne Sandberg played for them. It's a solid addition for any Cleveland fan...
 
I find it fitting all these cursed franchises will end up winning long before the Indians ever do.

Well, the Cubs did have a 40-year head start on the Indians, so...

Just think. The Tribe has gone 67 years since last winning the World Series. For Cubs fans, the 67-year mark was 1975. Think we've got another 40 years of waiting in us?
 
Fuck it, let the Cubs win the World Series. We'll have the longest title drought in baseball, sure, but hopefully Cleveland will be celebrating a title in a certain other sport near the middle of next year.
