Game 17 | Nets (3-12) @ Cavs (12-4) | November 28, 2015 | 7:30 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Oy. Nice shot. Team continues to underwhelm against bad opponents.

I don't get having Thompson in on the last play when you should be holding for one shot and one shot only. Down a point when you want to go early? I get it. But in a tie game the shot that goes up should be going up with no time left. Why not bring in someone that spaces the floor instead?

Lob paranoia.

Offensive rebound & tap-in.

But there should be no rebounding opportunities in a tie game like that, because you should take the chance of the other team getting a board and trying to win it completely off the table by shooting with no time left.

We are 13-4. Sure as hell doesn't feel like it!! Lol

Actually Fratello mentioned that the Cavs should shoot a few seconds early as the Nets had no time outs so an offensive rebound & score would be more likely than a defensive rebound & score the length of the court.

Every team's think the refs have a conspiracy against them. I remember following game threads on this one and a Warriors board during the finals to see what both were saying and the posts mirrored each other when it came to refereeing and the steadfast truth the refs were against them.

I counted very conservatively starting in the playoffs last year, generally giving the opponent the benefit of the doubt, and it is adorable.

Hawks would get ten calls in their favor a quarter.

That's on average a point a call.

It's not a conspiracy.. read tim donaghys stuff

Anybody got a Vine of the shot at the buzzer that hit the back of the rim?

I mean were playing terrible basketball at times with constant lineup changes which I feel are more disruptive than just one or two players being out. We know we didn't have Shump and Irving but when you have these small injures to Mozgov, JR, Delly, and Williams it just adds to the lack of cohesion this team is trying to establish. I mean you add all those issues up and this team is still 13-4 and sitting right where we needed to be record wise to not really have to panic going forward. The real issue for this team and even the fans is to just ignore what Golden State is doing right now and focus on what this Cavalier team has to become during this season and hopefully come June. I feel like James is too enamored and a bit envious with how the Warriors are playing right now and he must focus on what this team does going forward this season.

Didn't watch the game, but what did we do wrong that we scored so little?
