This team isnt ready for a rookie QB. I am glad we are tanking and didnt take a QB, dont want to ruin another career like we did Couch. Let the team come together, let the receivers grow up some, then we can get our QB this draft or next.

Sorry to say we are worse off than many expansion teams.

The trade downs have been smart. It's been the decisions after those trade downs that have hurt this franchise and set them back a few years.

The whining about it never gets old, of course.

They need to get one of the QBs, and either Myles/Fournette in Round 1 next year. Then you fill out the defense and Oline depth on day 2 and 3.

It's going to be a couple of rough years. Let's get the first pick and maybe we can dream about 7-9 next season if we get some breaks. Playoff talk no earlier than 2018.

Let's just hope the Eagles suck the rest of the year.
 
Do whatever you have to do to get the best QB available. And hope he can change the team.

Raiders, Jags, Bucs, Titans, Colts too after the suck for Luck short era, but they are turning it around because they have their guy, also drafting well on top picks. Those teams were on the bottom with Cleveland and look at them now. Exciting teams to watch for sure. I'd be happy with any of their rosters in our uniform.

This is the worst organization in all of sports. It's up to the current regime to change that status.
 
I'm not wild about the prospect of an RB in the Top 10.

But I'm more pro-best player than I am anti-RB, and Fournette is simply a freak of nature at his position and shouldn't be treated like any other back.

He's the best running back since Adrian Peterson, and if he continues to improve it would not be a stretch to say he could be considered a better prospect.

Outside of Peterson, and last year with Elliott.. I agree.

But when you're a special talent, you get drafted early. Browns could use some more talent, and Fournette is going to be a top talent in this draft for sure.

From what I've watched of this kid, he's on a different level. I think he will have a special year in college this season that will make him a top 10 pick for sure.

You can't separate the trade downs and what the Browns did or didn't do with them. You can justify any misguided personnel decision that way. The end result is what matters, really.

And yeah, it's whining. It totally is. Guilty.

There's situations where "whining" is okay.

Boston fans about Deflategate or any number of shit? Not justified. They can shut up.

Browns fan? Yep. 17 years of watching pure garbage football will do that to you. Especially when seemingly every other team in football has made some sort of post season run during those years while the Browns just remain stuck in a quagmire of suck
 
Would you guys literally suck his dick after each Browns loss this year if it guaranteed the Browns would get him and a true franchise Quarterback in this year's draft?
