I think the winner of game 3 in a 1-1 series wins around 64% of the time.
A lot of teams have overcome it. It is similar odds to winning game 1.

Look at MLB finals the visiting team has
MLBFinalsV21-17 (.553) (Game 4) 24-14 (.632) (Win Series)
Game 4 is huge. If we go up 3-1 then to win game 5 we would be 11-11 (historical) but a 20-2 series fav.
