I dont agree.
I once said i would trade my own mother to win a championship. I was 43 years old at the time and never had one in my entire life of rooting for 3 major Cleveland teams.
Since I didnt have to trade my Mother, i would now trade her for a repeat.
Trades for the Cavs are all about maximizing the window and winning a championship. If you are judging the trades by the end results, what do you judge them by? How many guys from GQ we get on the team?
To whom would you be trading her? For what? And what would happen to her after the trade?
For the seasoned fan, he's masterful cutting, coming off picks and also serving as one of the great diversions in the game. The threat of his shooting really adds a welcome dimension to the team.
The best part of the shot was Myles Turner's reaction.
He dips his shoulders and completely looks demoralized. Like how the fuck am I supposed to guard him from out there.
He is on par with Curry as a shooter and doesnt come with any of the doucheyness.
Have thought it that far through. I dont know, do you need a 70 year old slightly used Jewish mother?
Depends. Can she make matzo ball soup, reubens and latke? And can she lay off the guilt trips if I don't see her for extended periods of time?
Korver is a better shooter.. Curry has become somewhat streaky and his shooting splits are much worse than Korver now.
Korver is on a god tier right now but they are such different shooters. Klay and Korver are much more similar and are easier to compare imo and i'll still give the nod to Korv3r.
Korver makes our 4th quarter lineup scary, he may be average on defense but he works so hard on offense I give him the benefit. These opposing players look defeated after they're done chasing him and he splashes a 3.
I'm sure everyone else feels this way but I cannot wait to see:
Kyrie-JR-Korver-LeBron-Love
Ultimate supreme floor spacing and LeBron being the roll man...
That lineup would be best used with a lead, I don't see how you outshoot that or outscore them. Even TT inserted for Love gives Cavs a roll man plus defense.
I think the reason Korver is so good in the 4th quarter is because his defender is just tired as fuck in the 4th and can't chase him around and through screens as good so he gets much better looks. He usually starts off slow and then heats up as the game wears on.
