I did some digging on bball-ref and found some interesting stats
http://www.basketball-reference.com/playoffs/NBA_2017.html
Some general Team based Stuff:
-We have the best Offense in Playoff history by a wide Margin. The closest Team is the 86-87 Lakers with a 119.9 Offensive Rating compared to our 121.4
-When we assume we can force GSW to play at our Pace again they only score 112 Points and get only 43 Rebounds at our Pace compared to 115.2 Points and 42 Rebounds that we put up.
-We are not actually elite at getting a ton of rebounds but due to our Effeciency and Offensive Rebunding are elite at making the other Team rebound badly( 38 RPG for our Opponents)
-GSW allows their Opponents to shoot over 24 FT's a game compared to our 18.
-Wich ties into the second Point they tend to foul quite alot Over 20 Fouls per Game with a high percentage of that beeing Shooting fouls.
-We make over 1 Three more per Game playing at a 94.9 Pace compared to their 100.3 We shoot 2% better too
-We get More Offensive Rebounds 8.5 to their 8 again.. at a much slower pace..
-GSW gives up 11 Offensive Rebounds per Game.
-We get the ball Stolen much less at 7 Times per Game compared to GSWs 8.8 Times.
-They get blocked more than us
Now some Individual notes:
-Their Rebounding heavilly Relies on Green + KD wich will have problems Rebunding against TT,Love,Lebron
-KD and Green are around 3 Fouls per Game.. they can be put in foul trouble if you are Agressive. Their only True Rim Protector in Javale fouls 2 Times per Game... in 10 Minutes..
-Draymond Green likely wont keep Shooting .472 from Three. At some point he will regress.
-Klay is bad so far this Playoffs 14.4 Points on .380/.364
-Iggy has completly lost his 3pt Shot shooting .111 %
-They have no Strong Offensive Rebounder.. they are decent collectively but no one who comes close to TT or even Kev.
-As i said above they heavilly rely on KD and Green for Rebounds.. their 3rd Best Rebounder is Steph at 5.5 our 3rd best Rebounder is Lebron at 8
-Of their Key Rotation guys Only Green,Zaza,West and Mcgee play defense better than their Team average. Curry, KD, Klay,Iggy,Shaun,Clark,McCaw are all far below it. Meaning their best defenders are all Bigs.. Of whom 2 are foul Prone(Green and McGee) and the other Two you dont want in the Game with Lebron and Kyrie coming at you(Zaza and West) Their heralded Perimeter defenders arent that good at all. They are good when They dont face someone who can score on their Bigs.. If this safety net is not there they are mediocre.
