DeRozan has improved as a player. Better defender and also a better playmaker.

Also, Raptors as a unit have improved a lot. They share and move the ball a lot more. No more solely dependent on DeRozan ISOs and Lowry ISOs. And last but not the least, their bench unit. Their bench unit has been playing with so much energy. They constantly push the pace whenever their bench unit is on the floor.

I still like our chances against them and even now would face them, than say Bucks. But Raptors are a better team than they were the last two years. Won't be surprised if they take us to 6 games.

Meh, when Lowry doesn’t shit the bed in the playoffs it will be different maybe, but until then they’re pretenders.
 
Iso Joe Jay was killing the Rockets for a while. In comes Gordon and they close the gap.
 
Fred Van Vleet is a guy people will hate if the Cavs face the Raps in the playoffs. He's basically Delly, if Delly could dribble.
 
The Spurs... might miss the playoffs.
 
Eh, just my gut, but we don't have Kyrie anymore and the Raptors ARE better than they have been.

I think I'd probably pick the Raptors to make the Finals currently, and I'm a guy who always shits on playoff Lowry/DeRozan.

But they got rid of some dead weight and added guys who are helping them. CJ Miles has been an upgrade over Carrol, Van Fleet and Delon Wright are giving them more than they were getting from Corey Joseph. Poetl is a pretty underrated young big. And, most importantly, I think this is the best version of DeRozan and Jonas so far. Add in that this is absolutely the worst Cavs team in the last 4 years, both in the regular season and for a 7 game series with no 2nd great 1v1 player, and I'd probably favor the Raptors.

I'll donate 20 bucks if the Raptors don't make it or something for picking them.

This is like one of those texts that are all emjoiis and im like wtf does this mean? Im not nostradomis.

The raptors took us to 6 last year right? When we had a full returning cohesive Cavs team. This team we have now is dysfunctional. Unless improvments are made i'd be shocked to see this team beat toronto in a series.
