Patriots owner big fan of cheating

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That my friend while true, is a whole different story.
Yeah I know. I still say embarrass the shit out of these guys and fine them heavily. Same with weed. Until it’s legal, it’s not and pay for being a jackass and getting caught.

Trying to oversimplify this, but:

It matters because poorer people don't have the option to let one slide like this.

This kind of shit happens all the time for poorer people. It all depends on how good the case is against them. In a situation where you have someone who is poorer, where they may care less about their reputation, the cops may just drop it entirely if there is a screw-up somewhere along the line.

So should weed. But its not.

Thus, pay the piper if you're going to get caught doing some illegal shit.

Just as literally everyone in Cleveland said about that "thug" Josh Gordon.
I never called him a thug, but I did call him a moron.

Its a huge punishment, not sure why you chuckle. Much bigger than anything the law can give. First offense would not see jail time, and I think the max fines like 10k for him plus community service.

The biggest punishment the law can give is making it public. This is basically like a speeding ticket. Here in AZ, going 90 in a 65 is a more serious crime.

How so? Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see any major ramifications of this outside of the NFL acting on it. What does public knowledge of Kraft paying for blowjobs matter to him?

You've mentioned error on the side of law enforcement a couple times now. I think that's a large step to take in this situation.

I think they have a strong case, but its more about resources, ie man power for this team. From day 1 they said what the sting is about and that's what the care about, not some men wanting a rub and tug, but the actual assholes bringing these poor girls in from China I believe.

I don't know how else to explain it, no normal person (obviously you are not normal) wants the world to know they pay for blow jobs, especially a previously respected business man and billionaire like Kraft.

Just as literally everyone in Cleveland said about that "thug" Josh Gordon.

Josh Gordon didn't just smoke weed. He was an active member of criminal gangs. He admitted to multiple felonies, including selling drugs, breaking and entering while carrying an illegal firearm, breaking into and stealing cars, felony credit-card theft, distributing counterfeit money, and getting into gunfights during gang activity.

So if someone was going to label him a "thug"...they'd have pretty good cause.

No need for the personal attack.

You use the phrase "previously-respected" as if this incident has done legitimate damage to the dude's reputation among his colleagues. Maybe I'm jaded, but I highly doubt that's the case.

Shit, the number of super rich business dudes using this facility alone tells me that it's far from uncommon, particularly in the class of society Kraft belongs to.

Nowhere did I say that it's a fun thing to have go public, but Cavs, and now you, are making it out to be career-ending or life-threatening. It's not.

You yourself, multiple times now, have downplayed it by using language like "rub and tug," but you also believe he's permanently lost a significant amount of respect, so much so, that it is a worse punishment than a criminal conviction?

I'm just not buying it. Call me abnormal, but if I were in his shoes, I'd rather have this outcome than also getting convicted over it.

The conviction is meaningless, and I wasn't personally attacking, I was thinking you don't feel normal because to most, being outed for paying for sex in a massage parlor is a huge embarrassment. I get some wouldn't care, but they are not normal in my opinion.

Maybe start a poll, maybe I am not the normal one here.

Really? Are you assuming that my mention of potential error on the side of law enforcement was something I just yanked out of my ass, and not something that has already been mentioned in a bunch of articles on that case?

Because if so...I'd say that's taking a rather large step of your own.

I disagree here, the NFL will punish Kraft for sure. This is the same level as drugs for an owner in my opinion. Its coming.

It might. I'm just saying that this is the kind of thing a lot of players likely could get busted for as well. Soliciting prostitution is a misdemeanor, and usually a low level one at that.

Yes, but weed is legal in most states and they still punish that. Heck, domestic violence chargers are usually dropped, Hunt is serving a 8 game suspension for crimes not even charged against him because there was so little evidence he even committed a crime.
