Game Thread | Game #8 | Cavs @ Pistons | Nov. 4, 2022

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What is their to critique about his offensive progress 80 games into his nba career as a one and done big that has a very unique body type/skill set and was a one and done coming from the generation of guard ball dominant AAU and college play style.

What did you think you were going to see after 80 games that makes actual criticism warranted?
its all good. i dont want to elaborate after a great cavs win. i stand by what i said but after 8 blocks by Mobley- wrong place wrong time on my end

Props to JBB for hiring Luke Walton. The offense is no longer stagnant and the ball moves. Everyone touches the ball.

Caris is doing everything. He's too versatile to let go. He's already played 3 positions 8 games in.

Love was a beast.

Okoro was alright.

Wade hasn't made a 3 in 2 games.

Mobley is a stud. He's going to have a lot of those old-school statlines in the future. 8/9 blocks are insane.

JA was dominant.

This was a really good game.

That is the type of game that makes you question Cunningham and his upside. We know that our wings aren’t very good, the back ups were in at guard. Where was Cade? Banchero probably shoots it 30+ times.

Should’ve drafted Mobley

The Cavs get it done and gave DG and Donovan a rest. A win-win; and from what I saw of them being so animated on the sideline, I’m fairly certain we’ll be seeing both Sunday and will be raring to go

Cade has actually been really good this year! The athletic limitations are there, but he's also been absolute money from the mid range and performing pretty well. He may end up shooting so well that it doesn't matter if he's not very quick or a vertical leaper.

That said, there was a definite "hmm..." moment when I saw Love rotate over and block his layup at the rim.

Cavs win by 24. And it wasn't that close.

We lost our best 2 starters and our bench scored 54.

We won every quarter and we didn't play our best.
