RJ Barrett had one good quarter and JBB abandoned the Brunson trapping almost as fast as he abandoned our other winning game 2 strategies.

I'd say that they are two completely different animals. Yeah, Bruson is a better scorer, But Garland gets you more assists. IMO what's holding garland back is this stagnant offense that has no movement. If you get Garland (and Mitchel) in a better offense with decent spacing they'd be 2x more dangerous.

Tonight's lack of effort in the 2nd half was a direct result of the abhorrent offense played in the 1st. Effort dropped because certain guys weren't passing, weren't making any shots, and the offense was as stagnant as its been all year.

I'm not gonna on Allen's case because he decided to not fight Mitchell Robinson in the 4th quarter of an already decided game when he was never allowed to touch the balll, even for a lob dunk.

I don’t know how we can expect our bigs to be engaged if we just tell them to jog around on offense and then play 2 on 5 defense on the other end.

You get guys engaged on both ends or it isn’t going to work. That doesn’t mean Mobley or Allen need 20 shots but they also can’t be used as a slip or faux screener and then told to go drift on the baseline for 48 minutes.

He’s not an aggressive offensive player. He can finish lobs when not in traffic, but that’s totally different than “get him the ball.”
 
Interesting stat….Cavs have only lost 2 games all season when holding the open t to less than 100 points….both losses came to the Knicks

79 points on offense is a total joke, part of this is on Koby for not doing anything about the SF spot.
