Whats with the lines through everything? I don't see Peterson getting past the Packers at 4..

I don't know.. I was trying to figure out what that was.. I thought it might just of been my computer..

I'll try to fix it..

You don't think Troy Smith will go in round 1? My dream is he falls to the Browns in round 2 (and they select him). I suspect he goes mid to late in round 1 though. He's going to be the black Joe Montana.

The strikethrough comes from the < S > command

Since you have the positions inside the pointy brackets, the first safety you had created the strikethroughs.

Ginn not up there if he goes into the draft? Also I heard a few sportcenter guys talking about smith being top 5 possible #1.

Honestly, the only thing he's not awesome at is being tall. That's it. Every other aspect of his game is very good to great, including all the intangibles. He reminds me of a quicker, smaller McNabb. I call him Nabb Light.

I'm finding it very hard to believe that he won't succeed in the NFL, 6'1" or no. I think you're looking at a worst case scenario (barring injuries) of him being an average NFL starter. The ceiling on this kid is crazy high though. Best case scenario he gets a bust in Canton. He looks like a way better NFL QB to me than Young or Vick. Course, he's actually a passer first and scrambler second, unlike those two. He uses his legs to buy time to throw, and only takes off as a last option.

And Ginn will come back for his senior year. :fingersx: :fingersx: :fingersx:

If Charlie turns out to be a good QB there's no way we'll take Troy. In that case we gotta go for Adrian Peterson. That kid is a stud.

If Charlie busts then Troy is the obvious choice in my mind.

You don't pass on Troy or Brady b/c you already have Charlie. That would be pretty dumb. That'd be like not signing Bentley b/c you already have Faine. Just b/c you have a warm body at the position doesn't mean you pass up an obvious upgrade.

Honestly... I would like to think that he'd go in the first round, but scouts are all going to be saying how he's too short.. I know it..

Mel Kiper doesn't have Smith in his Top 25 board... And I hate to say it, but Kiper is usually one of the more accurate experts..

Smith defintely does have talent.. But I see him going mid 1st Round to mid 2nd Round...

And if you take a look at the teams, most of them drafting mid-late 1st, most of them are set at QB..

I honestly think that Ginn will stay for his senior year.. I think he'll want to raise his stock so more.. As of now, I see him as a Top 15 pick.. While if he stayed, he'd be a definte Top 10 pick..

As sexy as drafting Adrian Peterson sounds he's going to look like Terrelle Smith running the ball with this line.

When are we going to address the O-Line with a tackle or guard? We could put LT back here and he would get killed.

I dont want a rookie RB running behind a shit line..just no.

We must get Adrian Peterson at all costs. Trade up, whatever. I don't care. That guy is going to be a real player in this league and it would really make a difference in Frye's development if he gets a running back who can run for 1,500 yards for the next 10 years.

Lynch out of Cal is my second choice. Yes, even ahead of Irons from Auburn.

At the pace we are playing and with our upcoming record, we might not have to trade up..

But CA, there's gonna be that guy who is "once in a lifetime" player just about every year.. But sometime we will have to address the line..

Although, no doubt AD is a beast..
