Can someone give me a good argument as to why we were definitely better with kyrie abd love, considering defense and the way we ended up playing them strategically

I hear a lot of chirping about how we were better without them, they would have seen limited minutes etc
Minutes are big part of that sure.

But Love and Kyrie would have forced Curry and Green/Barnes to play both sides of the court. TT playing big minutes allowed Draymond to totally ignore the Def end of the floor. Love is an infinitely better D rebounder than TT so the Warriors wouldn't have had as many 2nd chances. Also with Love and KI, Shump and Smith would have been getting easy looks/takes because of the added spacing,. This would result intaking the pressure off the big 3, as well as the pressures of needing big time contributions from Shump/Smith allowing them to play a more fluid, relaxed basketball.

No one gives a ^%@#

Well, okay. I just mentioned it as a response to this Warriors thread... one aspect of the 2015 Warriors that will be preserved/remembered historically. It is kind of what this thread was about, I thought. Sorry.

I don't get how it is "old" since the article was just posted on July 22.
