If Etan is healthy, then he's a possible backup C. However, he's not worth his contract, but on the bright side, it expires after 2010. I haven't heard any setbacks about his health since surgery, so that's a good thing... even if he does play for the Wizards.
I totally forgot about his surgery
So, he would be under a fine microscope before anything could or would happen. The first thing that jumped to my mind was Haywood showed promise last year and Blatche is coming on strong and Etan would be left out of the picture. Kinda figured he would be a nice pickup.
If nothing else, I hope him the best that he has a healthy life, basketball or not.
