I signed up for the 5 dollar pass, then I login and click "launch summer league pass" and it takes me to an NBA league pass pop up then refuses me and says I'm not am NBA league pass subscriber.

I'm really pi$$ed I just bought it 5 mins ago and can't launch it.

Any ideas?

First click the login button at the top of the NBA page. Once you have logged in through that way, then go to the Summer League Broadband page and click the login button in the middle of the page.

Yeah i'm there, I got my order confirmation and logged in, but when i click "Launch summer league broadband" I get this:

When i click it that nba league pass pops up and it won't let me login to it (says i'm not a subscriber to nba league pass, but in my account status it says summer league pass is an active subscription)

I figured I'd try help here since I'm sure NBA support is useless for this

Click "launch" on the top right? Should bring up a new window. It says you're already logged in.

Yeah when I click that that's the popup that comes up. It opens that popup but nothing else :\. Tried all the browsers too

http://www.nba.com/allaccess/watchListen.html copy this into your url and then log in from here. first log out if it says you are still logged in on your other page. then from there it should let you and then click watch now

Using FireFox, I go to: https://account.nba.com/summerleaguebroadband

I login (it takes filling out my email/password on one screen to do so), and it returns to the same page as above but lists me as being logged in (without seeing the login details you're getting a 2nd time). Then I hit launch and it brings up a smaller window with the games.

Try quitting browser, clearing cache/cookies/etc, or rebooting. Not sure what else to tell you if Sullinger0's suggestion doesn't fly.

There seem to be cache issues with that webpage. Clear your cache and cookies and then try again.

The above fixed the same issue with my browser.
