When Miami goes small, which is pretty much the whole game, the Thunder need to counter with their Russ-Thabo-Harden-Durant-Ibaka/Collison/Perk lineup. Only way they'll win.

James Harden NBA finals stats:

11.6 PPG, 3.3 REB, 3.3 AST, 40.7% FG (11/27), 33.3% 3PT (3/9)

Looks at least respectable (save shooting %) until you see he's playing 30+ minutes per game. He's also made some awful decisions late in games.

So Ibaka gets 22 minutes and Collison gets 13. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure an Ibaka+Collison frount court would be more effective than anything with Perkins in it (34 minutes).

I thought Perkins played pretty well. Collison just kept fouling and I didn't think Ibaka was very good tonight. Perkins had 6 offensive rebounds, 12 total.

My major concern if I was Thunder is that I don't know if Durant is going to be able to carry them. If he isn't hitting his shot they are really screwed. He will probably still find a way to get his points no matter what, but its alot for every game for Durant to carry them to have a chance.

He is hitting his fucking shots but he Isn't able to take as many as he could if he wasn't riding the fucking bench with a bunch of bullshit fouls. How is this not obvious to people? FUCK. The refs have taken over the fucking game and LeBron is going to have his title. The end.

Don't think you can say this series is over.

The Thunder have played like absolute shit the past 2 games yet were still in both games with 2 minutes left.

They were "in" all of these games at the end.

Problem is they've played like ass all series long.

No Brain, All Dumbass.

And what does that say about the whole NBA on ABC/ESPN presentation?

Maybe that former referree they just hired will be good ?

Its hard to be a good color commentator. Even on TNT the only good one they have is Chris Webber

Every time OKC goes on a run and Durant gets going......he gets shut down with phantom fouls. When Durant thrives, OKC thrives. It's quite simple to fix this series by taking the real MVP out of the game. Durant is nearly unstoppable on offense with his length and skills but he cannot play agressive ON THE BENCH or with 4-5 fouls.

The only way ESPN can get worse is if they steal Reggie Miller.

Just mentally prepare yourselves for the LeBron James/Heat dick sucking fest that is about to occur when the Heat clinch the title a week from now.

I know it sucks, I know we'll be plugging our ears for the next six months, but just start fortifying your mental states. It's going to suck but it's going to happen. No use running.

It's going to be fucking unbearable. I have been telling myself for the last two years now that the guy is bound to win a title at some point in his career, but it's still difficult to come to grips with. Good thing I don't watch ESPN ever, except for actual sporting events.

It's time to accept that LeBron is going to get a ring this season.

- Hate to admit it, but he's playing great basketball. After 9 years, he's finally figured out that his size, strength, and agility allow him to score at a much higher rate inside of 12 feet. Oddly enough, it seems like Keith Dambrot (the only coach in LeBron's basketball career to ever challenge LeBron) was the one that finally got through to him this offseason. He's a different player and it shows.

- NBA officiating is ridiculously bad. It's always been bad, but during these playoffs it's been especially bad. It altered the Boston series (no call when Rondo got raked across the face in Game 2), it's altering this series (No call at the end of Game 2, bad calls that got Durant in foul trouble tonight, Wade getting touch foul after touch foul). Some hate complaining about the officials, but they've certainly impacted the series already.

- This is how it is supposed to play out. LeBron vs Durant. High ratings. 6 or 7 game series (they'll make sure it goes at least 6). Money, money, money. LeBron gets "redemption", which will be followed by the same media who bashed him to hell one year ago fawning over the "changed" LeBron. This will lead to promoting the U.S. Basketball team led by NBA Champion LeBron James, who will humbly lead the States to Gold.

The NBA it what it is. I'll start paying attention to it again on Draft Night.

TBH, im not too concerned if lebron wins, its just sickening how much is going to be written about cleveland.

You're correct and it hurts to accept this.

I'm not sure I can even get excited about our draft after realizing how crooked this league is. Even if we get a great team, make the playoffs, and possibly reach the finals.....we are not winning. There is no winning for a Cleveland fan.

Yet another sad day in the history of Cleveland Sports is going to happen.

OKC really showed its youth, especially in the fourth quarter. Turnovers, missed free throws. And Harden was awful.

Yeah, the officiating is terrible, but we all know that going in when we watch the NBA. Teams still need to handle business.
