Heat can't beat a zone, Dallas won a championship with it, Indiana made it interesting with one, and Boston came within a few plays of a Finals appearance with it. Unfortunately, OKC doesn't have a zone defense. I expect Heat to close out in 2 days.

Fuck. Just re-watch the third quarter. It was a fucking mess. Miami gets every close callwhile OKC gets zero at the rim. The third quarter was a travesty.

Yeah...it was awful. I was pissed the whole time. But most people won't notice because they don't start paying attention to the officials until the 4th quarter.

none of the okc stars have stepped up to dominate the series

In game 4, Westbrook and Durant just put up 71 and you're saying they didn't dominate?

OKC's other guys have been absolutely terrible. It has nothing to do with Westbrook or Durant.

If someone else on OKC's team had stepped up, at worst, the Thunder would be tied 2-2.

In game 3, Perkins was the 3rd leading scorer with 10 points.
In game 4, Harden was the 3rd leading scorer with 8 points.

You can't win against a team like Miami if, from game to game, you get zilch from a 3rd offensive option.

Hard to talk fouls when OKC had their chances, but wasn't it in the 3rd where the foul (no) on Wade's drive that was called on Durant was changed to Westbrook? Also, what about Wade deliberately grabbing Harden at mid-court when he was going in for the layup after the steal? Complete BS officiating right there when you look at the tape.

And I want to make a point out of the one Westbrook "foul" on Wade to illustrate how incompetent the officials are.

Durant blocks Wade on fast-break. It's a pretty damn clean block. The Refs call a foul because it's Dwayne Wade.

However, they don't call it on Durant, and instead call it on Westbrook who literally made zero contact with either Wade or the ball, but they knew they had to call a foul, because again, its Dwayne Wade. So they honest to god made one up.

BTW, Wade took 9 FTs. Westbrook, who attacked far, far more than Wade, took 3.

And suddenly the limp almost doesn't exist.....

Yeah because cramps dont go away ever.....
Nah i agree Lebron was scared of playing in the clutch so he faked......un flipping real #stayclassycleveland

i said dominate the series.

they've had good games, but not consistent enough. westbrook was terribly inefficient on offense in games 1-3. durant was huge in g1 but just good in the losses in games 2 and 3 when he needs to be great. harden has been dead on offense the entire series.

with their role players not really providing offense, they need one of their big 3 to totally step up and thus far it's only happened in 2/4 games.

Yea, no one has ever seen LeBron fake an injury before. Ever. It's never happened once before. Not once.

This guy, man.

Oh stop with the officiating nonsense. OKC was outdoing any scheme the refs could possibly cook up to beat them. Fact is...OKC is not ready for primetime and they're making a lot of really bad mistakes right now. They're freezing up, turning the ball over, committing dumb fouls or...just as bad...giving the refs an opportunity to make 50/50 calls against them.

When the Heat win the series in 5, it will be because LeBron and Wade did what great veteran players do and OKC did what great, inexperienced players do.

Like it or not...LeBron has stepped up and is showing no fear. When they win this series, all bets are off for the remainder of his career. Once he gets this one out pf the way, he'll be on his way to more. Problem for them is...now OKC has the finals experience and they're the best team in the West. Hope to see the Thunder get revenge next year.

But this one's on the books folks.

Horrible.

This game has to be pshycologically devastating to Westbrook and Durant. Westbrook couldn't play better and dropped like 43 and they still lost. Durant added quite a few to go with it and they still couldn't win.

Durant looked depressed in the presser.

Unless Harden plays better, I don't think it matters what Durant and Westbrook do.

With that said, if they get it back to OKC, anything can happen. The pressure certainly swings to Miami if OKC can gut out a win in game 5.

Unfortunately, I think they're just out of gas.

We'll see though.
