C'mon man, he might look "different" but nothing that looks over the top. I mean, you're really looking to far into it. He's out there trying to have a good time and at the same time, look a little different. It's not like he's going Dennis Rodman style or wearing that stupid no lense glasses Wade is sporting lol.

No he's not Rodman over the top, few have been in that class. My point is guys who try too hard to look cool, end up looking like idiots which is exactly what D-Wade is doing with those glasses.

Is anyone else scared right now?

The fun feeling of last night has worn off, and now all that I want is a game 6 victory for the C's.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WIN. PLEASE.

I hate KG, BUT I will forever be his fan if he can carry them to one more win against the Heat. If the Heat don't win this year, their window is closed. OKC has more talent, and will be one more year experienced next year. Not to mention, Pat Riley may very well break up the big 3 if they don't get out of the East.

I still hate the Celtics and every player on that team except for Ray Allen.

I lost a lot of respect for him after this.

Been asking this to people on Twitter and Facebook. Who leaves Miami first? Spolestra, Wade, Bosh or Lebron

I'm not throwing dirt over Miami's grave just yet, I think they can still win the series. In fact if they win game 6 they will win the series. But if I were running that team and they lose this series this is what I would do.

Fire Spolestra and insert Pat Riley as head coach.
Trade Dwayne Wade for Kevin Martin, Kyle Lowry and the 14th pick or a resigned Eric Gordon and the 10th pick

Lebron even though I hate him, I still recognize him as the best player in the league so I think you have to keep him. However; you need a coach he will listen to. Outside of Pat Riley and Phil Jackson, I don't think anybody can 'coach' Lebron. Since I think Phil Jackson and Pat Riley would be oil and water, Phil Jackson is out. Riley is therefore the logical head coach option.

oh I still believe Miami can win this series, any team with 3 of the top 20 players you can never doubt but if they lose that question will be asked immediately following the conclusion of the series

I'h.
Trade Dwayne Wade for Kevin Martin, Kyle Lowry and the 14th pick or a resigned Eric Gordon and the 10th pick

I'd do the Martin, Lowry and #14 ten times out of 10 over Gordon and 10. Gordon is clearly the best player of that group of three, but a shooter like Kevin Martin and a PG like Lowry would work EXTREMELY well off of LeBron...AND Gordon has the health issues. And with a breaking down but still great Wade...I think that'd be a reasonably fair trade for both Houston and Miami.

A Kevin Martin, Kyle Lowry, LeBron James and Bosh line-up is far more of a guaranteed championship than Bosh/LeBron/Wade/Chalmers IMO.

Lebron's effect on his team is less than the sum of his basketball talent, and KG's is more. That's the difference.

There was a timeout near the end where the C's had a quick huddle. Pietrus looks tired, looks into the camera, and starts wandering off. Garnett grabs his wrist and pulls him back into the huddle. A few seconds late, Pietrus starts wandering off again, and Garnett again grabs his arm and pulls him back. Because Garnett was going to do everything possible to have the C's win that game, and he was going to make damn sure all his teammates did too.

LeBron would never be that aware of his fellow teammates, especially one who doesn't even start. He'd be in his own little mental world, or maybe talking with Wade or Bosh. As much of a douche as he is, Garnett's will is just awesome to watch.

LeChoke returns in the playoffs. spectacular. Maybe Dan Gilbert's prediction could come true after all.

The Celtics can be punks, but I definitely respect them. They have the old-school competitive fire that you just don't see that often anymore. That fire manifests itself in trash talking and the occasional dirty play...but I will always respect a team that plays with fire and plays smart. It's hard to like them when they're beating your team, but when they're beating someone else, it's pretty entertaining. When it's another team they're beating, their attitude becomes endearing and their physicality becomes just "part of the game."

Boston is going to have a hell of a time closing out Miami, even in Boston.

They've lived off of so much clutch, timely jumpshooting that I'm extremely nervous that might not hold up over the next two games. I have a haunting feeling that we'll all feel like shit when we look back on these posts at the end of the week when the Heat close out Boston in Miami.

It was annoying when lebron was here, but time and time again Paul Pierce has managed to just shit on Lebron. It makes no sense, lebron is the better player by far, Lebron is younger, more athletic, bigger, faster, stronger. But they've been matched up many many times now and Pierce more than holds his own against the guy. Nothing more telling than that game-securing three at the end of the game, Lebron was right in the guy's face and he shoots it as if no one was there. Lebron had no answer for that and largely disappeared afterwards. That being said, I still hate Pierce's injury faking pansy ass, the wheelchair game was ridiculous.

But yeah, its way too early to put a 4th loss in the Heat's column. We all thought the same thing when Indy went up 2-1 and after that the Heat actually responded.
