I don't really understand the hate. They are both shells of themselves due to injury. Asdrubal shows up fat to camp and people love him. These guys have, by all accounts, worked their asses off to get healthy and get tons of hate.

Hafner was never going to get cut - when healthy he's still one of the most productive hitters on the team. I get that health is an issue for him, but the money is gone. Might as well get SOMETHING for him.

Hafner has looked good this spring and may be back to the Pronk of old

as for Grady, all I can say is he has a hot girlfriend/fiance
