While I agree that offense seems to be our problem out of the gate, replacing the defense Kotchman brings for the possible, slight probability of offense that LaPorta would bring is stupid.

I understand this. It's just extremely frustrating how slow we've started, and it's completely CLEAR that our bats aren't very good.

Um.... you realize that: a. Cunningham and Duncan raked the last time THEY were in AAA too (Duncan was the IL MVP) and b. Hannahan is about the only Indian hitting? Look, Chisenhall will get another shot, but it can only hurt him to call him back up before he starts to actually work a count again. And calling LaPorta back up after 5 games and an awful spring training, and expecting different results than the ones he provided for 2 years, is kind of crazy.
