Get used to him, he's not going anywhere for awhile. When Chisenhall is ready I'm guessing he plays 3B with Hannahan to 1B, but until then, Kotchman will be the 1B.

Good defense or not, I just can't see Acta continuing to run a guy hitting .150 out there every day. With Damon aboard, I see Kotchman's every day status ending soon if he can't at the very least get that BA up into the low .200s. This team replaced Jack Hannahan last year when he was producing much more than that.

I'm not so sure. Kotchman has a higher career average and OPS and provides much better defense. You have to give Kotchman at least one more month to try to turn it around, then you start looking for replacements.

Every time Jack Hannahan comes through in the clutch, I can't help but wonder how Casey Kotchman- who has the exact same fucking skill set- can be so much worse than him.

Oh, and Will Ohman is the gift that keeps on giving. The Tribe has lit him up his entire career and yet Ventura sends him out there for a second inning. Priceless.
