2014 Free Agency Period: News and Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Even Turner is a guard who is awful at shooting and is an asshole in the locker room. I have no idea why any team, especially a rebuilding team like the Celtics, would want him on their roster. The only reason people on this board have wanted him in the past is because he went to Ohio State.

Out here in California, we call that a foreshock.

Well I wanted him because I thought he could be a cheap investment high reward potential... but then I remembered this guy called Andrew Bynum.

So if we loose Wiggins AND Waiters, but sign old man Ray Allen: Who plays the other 30 minutes per game at SG ?

I feel like this could only be good news with regard to Love.

I do think Allen and Love are a bit linked in the sense that Allen probably only decides to come back if he knows the Cavs chances are very high. Love is a big part of that thought process, imo.

I can't say I endorse this Miami heat style team building...There was something exciting about those late 80s/90s teams because most of them were guys we drafted and developed together.

I doubt Waiters goes in the presumed Love trade, but if he does, I suspect a veteran guard will come back in the trade. One of the ex-Miami guys isn't going to start at SG, nor is Joe Harris.
