Yep, he lived in the Worthington area during a good stretch of The Ten Year War. I can see how that would would establish your college football fandom for life.

My only wish is that it was longer than a half hour.
 
Ohio State is the first unanimous preseason No. 1 in The Associated Press college football poll. Preseason rankings date back to 1950. Since then, no team had received more than 97 percent of the first-place votes in a preseason poll.
 
Bosa had a run in with the police last night.

Questioned for drunk and disorderly. Was not arrested, some social media posts are floating around out there and it's come to light pretty quick.

Can't imagine Meyer is going to be thrilled.
 
This Cris Carter stuff is being overblown. IMO, Carter has always spoke with honest candor. That's why he has climbed the ESPN ranks. It's unfortunate that his words are being frowned upon when it is genuine advice, more relevant now than ever before, coming from the right place.

Any financial advisor / lawyer that represents major professional talent would tell their client the same thing. This symposium is to give rookies a road map to success, regardless of the dollar amount tied to their contract. That may be the only instance "no name rookie" hears that advice.

Could CC have worded it better? Yeah but that's not what he is paid for. He is one of the biggest personalities on ESPN. He has spoken honestly about the issues he's dealt with in his past. He wasn't condoning illegal activity. I think it was coming from a good place. It'll be a shame if he is raked over the coals for this.
 
I heard it was him being close to a fight that had happened and he was being questioned. He was most likely drunk and maybe the cops just cuffed anyone that was right next to it.

I didn't hear anything about a D&D.

With him already being suspended 1 big game, and he wasn't technically involved in anything, I can't see Meyer suspending any further.

Yeah, all i heard was he was detained (handcuffed) for questioning about an incident he was a witness to. He was never officially booked on anything per CPD records. This is common practice on campus when police are involved during the preliminary fact-gathering. I've had many friends cuffed when dealing with under covers during tailgates. It's simply a means of controlling the situation.

Pretty typical for players to blow off a little steam after training camp...not the best look for Bosa but the fact that we have heard little today tells me this is getting swept under the rug.

Michigan's prized RB Green looks straight up fat this year...just showed some camp highlights on B10 and he looked BIG. Nice hit on that overall #1 RB recruit.

At least Hoke taught him proper fundamentals in eating excellence.
 
Why exactly is Bosa suspended for the first game, anyway? I never saw the reason, just that he violated team rules.
