Working on it. I always used to do get one from Scout, Inc. on ESPN when I had Insider, but I don't subscribe anymore.

TRADE: The Ravens have acquired the 33rd overall selection for the 58th, 122nd and 125th picks

With the 33rd pick in the RCF Mock Draft, the Baltimore Ravens select...

Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Missouri

KhioJQ3.jpg

Strengths

Physical specimen with rare athleticism and triangle numbers (size/speed/strength) for his frame. Plays with balance and core power to keep his center of gravity. Uses long-striding acceleration to get vertical in a hurry and create separation in his routes. Strong plant-and-go burst in his breaks, effortlessly shifting his momentum in his patterns, not having to gear down when changing directions. Physical leaper with high-pointing prowess to climb the ladder and play in the clouds. Uses his body beautifully in coverage to tower over defenders with an outrageous catching radius. Aggressive at the catch point with loose body control, easy adjustments and large hands to pluck with an attacking mentality. Not a push-over and shows a take charge on-field personality. Swats corners away in his path and won't let defenders dictate his pattern. Productive when on the field with 87 catches in two seasons at Missouri, averaging a touchdown every 5.1 receptions. - Dane Brugler

Weaknesses

Functional strength is average-at-best, before and after the pass. Still learning the route tree and took advantage of mostly packaged and vertical patterns. Bad habit of getting lazy in his routes at times and doesn't consistently read coverages to set up his movements. Will allow the ball to reach his body at times, which leads to drops. Needs seasoning and on-field reps after not playing since the 2013 season. Not a consistent finisher with questionable work habits, uncertain accountability, both on and off the field. Strong red flags and immature make-up. Multiple off-field incidents, including two arrests for marijuana possession: first in Oct. 2012 with four other teammates; and then in Jan. 2014, although those charges were later dismissed when another person in the car where the drugs were found took ownership. Was dismissed from Missouri after allegedly forcing himself into an apartment and pushing a female down the stairs; wasn't formally charged because no one pressed charges, but could enter the NFL with a strike against him when it comes to domestic abuse. - Dane Brugler

NFL Comparison

Julio Jones - Although the off-field issues cannot be ignored, Green-Beckham has a physical skill-set that rivals Jones on the field with rare athleticism and ability for his size. - Dane Brugler

Player Overview

A NFL prospect with rare physical traits, Green-Beckham is the type of wide receiver that even when covered, he is open due to his gargantuan size and freakish athleticism. He is still unpolished in several areas, but there is a ton of untapped potential with on-field ability that would warrant top-five overall consideration in this draft class. However, there are strong red flags that will eliminate Green-Beckham from some NFL team's draft boards and not just legal troubles, but also underachiever tendencies and doubts whether he has the work ethic and drive in his belly to reach his full potential. Fair or not, the Josh Gordon situation will be on the minds of any team that discussion the risks and rewards of drafting him.

A five-star wide receiver recruit out of high school, Green-Beckham had every major FBS program knocking at his door, but he decided to stay in-state and enroll at Missouri. He made an instant impact as a true freshman with 28 catches for 395 yards and five touchdowns in 2012, earning Freshman All-American honors by several outlets. Green-Beckham blossomed further as a sophomore starter in 2013 with a team-high 59 receptions for 883 yards and 12 touchdowns over 14 starts, earning Second Team All-SEC honors. He was dismissed from Mizzou after a third off-field incident (April 2014) and enrolled at Oklahoma, although he had to sit out the season after his waiver to play immediately was denied. Green-Beckham decided to give up his remaining eligibility to enter the 2015 NFL Draft, having never played a down for the Sooners.

My Logic

I was never going to use all 3 of my 4th rounders so it made a lot of sense to deal the non-compensatory selections (while maintaining a pick in every round) to move up in the 2nd and get a guy who could be a true impact player I would've missed out on otherwise. With Torrey Smith and Owen Daniels leaving and Dennis Pitta's future uncertain, Joe Flacco's weapons are hot garbage aside from Steve Smith. Green-Beckham is a big risk to be sure but even though he's very raw, the upside is undeniable. His size/speed combination is incredibly rare and his physical gifts are so special that he isn't even remotely close to his ceiling; DGB has the ability to be a superstar. Yet, serious immaturity and character concerns make reaching that ceiling far from a guarantee and those concerns are the reason he's still on the board here. Fortunately, in Baltimore, he's entering one of the most stable locker room cultures in the NFL and has a passionate veteran mentor in Steve Smith who himself has overcome character issues. If he's going to succeed, Baltimore is the kind of place it will happen. With Gurley and DGB, the Ravens are investing in the kind of high upside risks that made them great in the past; if they both pan out, the Ravens offense has the chance to be something special.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and @SuperSurge are now on the clock.

With the 34th pick, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers select:

OWAMAGBE ODIGHIZUWA, DE UCLA

6'3", 267lbs.

STRENGTHS

Absolute Greek God with the pads off. Shredded physique with very little body fat. Strong at the point of attack. Plays with desired anchor and strong lower body. Run defender who can close down creases. Gets off ball with good pad level and has potential to convert speed to power. Hands are violent and active. Relentless and competitive. Never gives up on a pass rush. Expected to be a core special-teams talent. Can play 4-3 defensive end or 3-4 outside linebacker.

WEAKNESSES

Not skilled as a pass rusher. Won't win around the edge often and must prove he can counter back inside. Has dealt with two surgeries on his hip and missed all of 2013 because of it. Lateral agility is limited. Range in pursuit in question. Could be mismatched if forced to cover in space. More unit fit than talented player.

BOTTOM LINE

Odighizuwa has some scheme versatility, but he's not necessarily a versatile player. Some scouts believe that he could open some eyes with his straight-line speed in his workout.

The Buccaneers need to improve their defense, and Lovie Smith sees that the Bucs used almost all their picks on offense last year. He starts the defensive rebuild here.

@Cluegiver and the Oakland Raiders are on the clock.

First, let me say I think it is okay to reach on DGB in the 2nd (wouldn't give up much to move up though), but I'm glad nobody did in the 1st. It isn't even the character concerns that bother me (even though that alone could be enough to ruin his career). From what I've seen, he just doesn't have that great of hands. Sure, he will make some spectacular catches in traffic, but he seems to bobble the ball a little bit on all the footage I've seen of him. Even in the pro day, doesn't catch it that clean. That is why he will never be Calvin, Calvin has INCREDIBLE hands to go along with the body and athleticism. DGB can be Bowe at the height of his potential in my opinion. Make some tough catches here and there, but miss the easy ones and be mostly overrated.

When you watch Amari Cooper, you see that ball just stick to his hands like a magnet, catching it so effortlessly and easy. No one in this class has the hands of Calvin or Odell though.

@Cluegiver bequeathed his pick to me for this selection.

With the 35th pick in the 2015 RCF NFL Mock Draft, the

Oakland Raiders select...

Danielle Hunter, DE, LSU

danielle-hunter.jpg
  • 6'5"HEIGHT
  • 34 1/4"ARM LENGTH
  • 252LBS.WEIGHT
  • 10 1/2"HANDS

OVERVIEW
Led LSU with 13 tackles for loss in 2014 and finished with 73 total tackles. In 2013, took over starting job in Week Four and never relinquished role, starting 23 consecutive games. Finished 2013 with three sacks. Was a special-teams demon in 2012. Rated a four-star prospect by Rivals coming out of high school.

PRO DAY RESULTS

Vertical jump: 36 1/2 inches
Broad jump: 10 feet, 10 inches
20-yard short shuttle: 4.47 seconds
Three-cone drill: 6.95 seconds

ANALYSIS

STRENGTHS
Freakish combination of size, athleticism and explosiveness. Has long arms with jarring power behind his hands. When technique is right, he can stack and overpower tackles at point of attack. Fluid and agile in space. Uses length to bat down passes and disrupt the passing lane. Flashes winning spin move in pass rush, but needs to learn to set it up better. Uses arm-over inside move to set up tackles for loss. High-end tackle production for his position. Secondary motor to pursue and speed to chase leads to more tackle opportunities. Lead all SEC defensive linemen in "stuffs" (tackles for no gain or loss of yards) with 17. Active and energetic at all times. Continues to work to improve position vs. run and pass. Off-field character considered "squeaky clean" by NFL scouts. Has speed and agility to become special-teams star early in his career.

WEAKNESSES
Relies heavily on his athleticism and motor over skill and instincts. Pass-rush production doesn't match the traits. Played 80 percent of the defensive snaps in 2014, managing just 1.5 sacks. Doesn't have the upfield burst and bend to turn the corner. Considered a "thinker" as a pass rusher rather than a naturally instinctive reactor. Must show he can effectively counter as a pass rusher. Has winning power in hands, but inconsistent with how he uses them against run and pass. Scouts want to see more competitive nastiness from him.

SOURCES TELL US
"If he walked into your living room, your eyes would pop out of your head. He looks that good on the hoof. He's going to blow up the combine, and then ace all of the interviews and NFL teams are going to fall in love with him. He still needs someone to unlock all that talent, though." -- Former LSU coach

NFL COMPARISON
Jason Pierre-Paul

BOTTOM LINE
Hunter isn't as heavy as Jason Pierre-Paul, but he has similar length, explosiveness and potential. The concern with Hunter is that his pass-rush instincts are marginal and he hasn't learned to use his physical advantages to rush the quarterback more consistently. Hunter's floor is high thanks to his overwhelming physical traits and motor, but his ceiling will only go as high as the level of coaching he is able to incorporate.

I picked him because the Raiders need an edge rusher that can harass the passer. I don't have a ton of time, but I feel like it's the one area on the defense that could really use help. I wanted a big enough body that could function as a DE in the 3/4.

Look at what's left at this point though: the big 3 are gone as is Strong. Perriman has big drop issues. Funchess has stone hands. Coates too. After that, you're giving up a ton of size in any WR you're taking. I'm not betting on anyone being Calvin but I think he can be better than Bowe easily. He has 4 inches on Bowe, is faster and is quicker. There's definitely a chance he just becomes a really good red zone target but I really think he's got the ability to be special even if not on the all-world level of Calvin. Plus, the Ravens need a WR BADLY and given that Ozzie is the man and got an extra 4th and a compensatory 4th this year, I don't mind moving the extra picks to move up.

I'm not trying to say you made a bad pick, I like him better than the rest of the receivers left too. Just saying it would be a major reach if he goes in the mid 1st round. He does have potential, but he has enough issues on and off the field to not make me covet him. Some team probably will. I agree on Perriman too. He had a huge drop rate. He is overrated too.

The Eagles are looking to trade up into the 1st half of the 2nd round and are willing to part with ILB Mychal Kendricks and/or draft picks.

Breaking: The Kansas City Chiefs have traded for the Jets 37th pick in exchange for the 80th and 118th pick.
