2015 Season Opener -|- Indians @ Astros -|- April 6th, 8th, and 9th

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Only took three games for Rick and Matt to start obnoxiously complaining about scoring decisions that don't actually matter.

It should have been an out, the catcher fucked up, hence the error.

Except it wasn't an error, and they're right.

But other than that, great take.

It should have been an out, but the Astros made a mistake, and it resulted in a run. It was even referred to as an "Astros' gaffe" by the announcers.

To me that should be considered an error :dunno:

Alright, I'll take it.

I never heard of a error on a catcher in that situation. Must be new.

It was ruled a hit and an RBI. I was wrong, happens a lot. Regardless, that's not the point!

Bauer is so hit or miss. If he can get his command under control, he'll be elite.

50+ pitches through two?

Get Vaughn up...

Boy, this is something else, this Bauer.

He doesn't trust his stuff it seems and overthrows...Dude u have a shit ton of talent

If he had Klubers mentality, he would have a sub 2.50 era. Instead he seems to try to avoid being hit at all and being too perfect, which results in way too many pitches and walks.

Kluber understands that if you have good stuff and throw good pitches for strikes, the rest will take care of itself. That allows him to remain calm and just pitch without trying to do the impossible: ie be perfect or unhittable

I don't think it has anything to do with mentality. I think it has everything to do with Kluber having elite level command, and Bauer not having that..

Kluber tries to be perfect, and he usually is. He hits his spots consistently where he wants it.

YO, that was a fun triple!
