2015 Series #33 -|- Indians vs. Royals -|- July 27th, 28th, and 29th

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Longest home losing streak in decades.

Playing at home feels like playing in a cemetery.

Everyone asking for a franchise changing player, they may have a shot at one in next years draft if they keep this offensive tear going.

This team is gay.

I thought that Philly was out of reach but with the way they've been going all of the sudden, I think everyone could be in reach

Boobie, what's your opinion on Texas A&M's Nick Banks?

Edit: Might as well add some "hope"

I'm over the moon for Banks and plenty of people in the 2016 Draft.

Banks is a true RF, plus plus arm and grades out well across the board.

So many promising arms next year though.

Maybe I was in the minority of expecting help for next season on the 25 man or even 40 man.

Pretty much I expected an arm. Murphy had a pretty good year to net us some relief.
Whether you think a platoon OFer with marginal power and no speed warrants more, the market has spoken otherwise. How about this- what did the Rays get for DeJesus? A 20 year old reliever in high A with an ERA of 4. Who may need to be 40 manned in the offseason, I know he has 4 years of service time ( can't remember the clock on Dominican signees). Not exactly helping any time soon.

It's a buyer's market, and when what your selling is pieces/parts that's what you get. Whether that pieces/part is a future utility guy or another reliever 'prospect' to add to the current pile of Austin Adams, Trey Haley, Kyle Crockett, CC Lee, and eventually Shawn Armstrong that they have to sort through. If the market was better I would expect more but it hasn't.

Cheer up, though- you can channel your umbrage instead by blaming Antonetti for not getting a reliever prospect last year in a much better market, when he instead settled for Zach Walters and James Ramsay. So there is a silver lining.

PyroK Meter might have some delays today as it's Windows 10 upgrade day.

Anything on whether the Indians will be adding Weiner Dog races to the 7th inning stretch entertainment once they're mathematically eliminated next year?

Weather should still be very warm around that time.

I'm up and running. Everything seems to be smooth so far, except for some issue with my logitech webcam, which doesn't seem to be auto recognized by programs but it does work with the software.

Indians about to go Royal Rumble.
