Cody Allen is garbage this year...Overworked last year

Applies to Shaw but not Allen. Allen's velocity is fine. He is having three issues: his breaking ball has been loopy, he might be tipping his pitches, and he hasn't been locating well. This is also the first time he has really struggled since becoming a pro 3 years ago. He was bound for a hiccup at some point. If he had seen a huge velo drop I would blame overwork but we haven't. He just finally hit a hurdle.
