2016-2017 Regular Season Schedule

Christmas Day always has me feeling giddy. But you know what day is even better? Boxing Day (also known as December 26th for you non-Commonwealth folk).

Sitting around, beer in hand, sun on my back by the pool while I watch the Cavs murk the Warriors during time-off gives me the kind of joy that reminds me of; I don't know, say, a championship parade?

True good point. I guess I'm more mad that the Knicks have a relatively challenging schedule as they figure out new chemistry while the Warriors have the easiest schedule in the NBA until January. How convenient for the Warriors.

Ithink the knicks might be better with a tough start. Baptism of fire of sorts should help sort out the pecking order and egos. I think they beat the cavs in the opener. We won't know how to guard them and rose won't have had a chance to get injured yet

I'm annoyed that the new Knicks team has to debut on your ring night. That's always a hard game for the road team to win. It's just one game but it's a tough way to have to start the season.

Didn't we play the Knicks in the opener of LeBron's return? And didn't you guys win?

Plus, your team should be fully healthy (Rose and Noah). The Knicks will be playing with a lot of excitement and energy as a new team in the beginning as they try to find their place in the league. You definitely should be a playoff team, and maybe even a top team in the East.

The main challenge is developing the chemistry and establishing roles. So that might be a challenge in game 1, but like I said, a lot of that will be offset by excitement in the beginning. I like your team though. You added some defense and talent, and I think the pieces will fit together nicely. The bench looks like it might be weak though, but there is a couple of nice pieces on it.

I just realized that Oct. 25 is exactly eight years to the date that I joined RCF. Who knew eight years later we'd be raising a banner on ring night?

All I wanna know is, will the team actually give a shit about the regular season this time? Cuz I would like to enjoy games before the playoffs start lol
