I do not like any candidates. I'll write in Delly.
Personally I've become more liberal.
But I refuse to vote for Hilary.
Whatever Republican opposes her has my vote.
Unless that person is named Rick. (Santorum or Perry). Then I'm moving back overseas.
Why I like Trump: I share a ton of the populist viewpoints that he does, and the crony capitalist cycle has to be broken. The cycle, simplified, is rich people & corporations buying political pull that benefits and entrenches those donors. The democrats call it "republican economics" and the republicans call it "democratic economics". I call it "shady". If there is 1 person who has spoken vociferously against it, and can afford the campaign $ to break this cycle, it is Trump. Most of the rest of the American problems are symptomatic of this one issue. If you give a damn about this country, it has to stop.
I want Hilary to win so Bill can be the first man/first husband. There's just way too much irony and humor in that, it needs to happen.
The race should definitely be entertaining. Clinton, Bush, TRUMP! Lol..
I disagree, I think Hilary is actually the man in that relationship.
Their relationship is a sham. There is no traditional "man" of the house in their marriage. Hillary does her thing when and with whom she wants as does Bill. They're old now, so it's probably less than it used to be, but when they were in the White House, both had their own separate lives.
It had been said that Hillary wasn't upset over the Lewinsky affair, she was upset at the "conspiracy" to out her husband as doing something that everyone else in Washington, D.C. was doing anyway. It was the rampant hypocrisy that got to her, the fact that the Republicans were willing to delve into something that was traditionally off-limits; it wasn't the affair - she was having an affair at the same time and couldn't likely care any less.
Is she the Claire or Frank Underwood of the family?Their relationship is a sham. There is no traditional "man" of the house in their marriage. No secret she treats Bill like garbage too. I'm not a Bill Clinton fan by any means, she's just not a nice human being, period.
There's not an ounce of integrity in her. I agree, her marriage to Bill is a farce.
I have a very hard time seeing her winning. I think the media has mind fucked people into thinking she's a "sure thing".
I just don't buy it.
No Democrat will lose this election @godfather. It would be extremely difficult for the GOP to get the required number of electoral votes.
In order to understand this, just ask yourself; what states does Jeb Bush or Chris Christie or John Kaisich carry that gets them into the White House?
Bush wins Florida? Great.. But he'll lose Iowa, Colorado, Nevada and Virginia.
Christie won't win Jersey. So he has no angle. Against Clinton or Sanders he has no shot in the Northeast, and he won't garner votes in Virginia and he virtually eliminated himself from contention in Colorado this week.
Rubio? Latinos actually prefer Bush over Rubio.. He wins Florida? Great.. but then what?
The Republican Party simply doesn't have a way to win a national election.
Claire.
The Underwoods are actually re-envisioned (post-British remake) around the Clinton's. Claire's work as First Lady is supposed to be a redux of Hillarycare if anyone remembers that debacle and how it played out.
No I agree, I've stated Republicans are done in this country. People no longer trust them.
That's why Mitt lost (not saying he was this really strong candidate to begin with, although I liked him a million times more than McCain). People weren't sold on Obama, he was just the lesser of two evils.
I am talking about the primary, I don't think Hillary (is it Ls or two, who the hell cares), is a lock just yet.
I know she's the front runner right now, but hell, who is leading in the polls now is really not something I'll take seriously.
Hillary was the overwhelming favorite last time around, and this little unknown Senator from Chicago beat her.
I am going out on a limb and saying she doesn't get it. Her chances lessen a lot if Biden likely puts his hat in the race, too.
