Damn LeBron says his sons want to play with Kyrie one day.

Safari time.
I listened to the whole podcast and no offense but I never heard him say that? He said his kids look up to Kyrie but that is about it. Unless you are inferring that from what they were implying about the thing they said they can't talk about?

It's pretty much inferred by him saying he wants his boys around Kyrie as much as possible. He wants him to be their idol.

He states that he is giving Kyrie the blueprint on and off the court.

12 since October and pretty good at basketball.

Wow, what a gift. Mannerisms and movement just like his dad.

So he's 12 now, which means he should be graduating high school in about six years. If LeBron Sr. were to win a few more rings and hang up the sneaks in five with his GOAT legacy cemented, then we could suck the following year and be in position to draft Junior 1st overall.

Yup, I like it.

LeBron must really, really respect the hell out of Kyrie.
After what he did in the playoffs and especially The Finals? Of course he does. LeBron is probably more appreciative of Kyrie's game than anyone. And I think he knew what Kyrie was capable of before he even came back and I still believe to this day that Kyrie is the main reason he did come back. "Coming Home" sells well and all, but at the end of the day there's no way he comes back in 2014 if we drafted Brandon Knight and Derrick Williams instead of Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson. There's no doubt Kyrie needed a lesson or two along the way but his talent was and is undeniable. LeBron knew he could win with him now and in the future, and after how the 2014 season ended, coming back was almost a no-brainer, imo.

So I listened to the rest of that podcast while on a long drive for work. You guys are underselling just how much LeBron praised Kyrie. He basically went on a rant about how much he loves teaching Kyrie on and off the court because he believes that Kyrie will be an excellent role model for youth and for LeBron's own kids in particular. He just goes on and on about how much he respects Kyrie and basically has to be stopped by the others before he revealed too much.

I never realized LeBron and Kyrie were THAT close.
