Those numbers are not correct. So, adding all that up, we were plus in the playoffs with LeBron on the bench.
Impressive.

Why does everyone get so hot headed in this thread? I don't get it.
no idea.
but just a little further, the bench held their own in toronto (but absolutely lost a game because of too much bron and bad bench)
Those numbers are not correct.
I did. This is false; that's not what happened in that game -- just watch the game bro.
And yours are?
Again, you included garbage time, which doesn't matter to me because I don't care about garbage time and those minutes shouldn't be included.
I went through play-by-ball for over an hour, and did way too much math for a Social Studies teacher...all that just to have my numbers called "not correct" by some one who took the lazier way out by just taking the plus/minus of an individual player and looking at the difference in margin of the final score...
I keep saying it...context matters

I did.
My dad was in town. I remember.
This does not contribute to the thread. This sums up the thread... Go back a few pages and look at my conversation about calculating averages. It's been frustrating to say the least. Even when we establish certain statistics as being correct, they simply get ignored.
It's a game of infinite whack-a-mole in this thread....

The best game they ever played was the one they won by6? Or 15?You should watch it again, was probably the best game the Raptors ever played. Saying we lost because of our bench makes no sense.
Bron played under 30 minutes in three games the bench actually added to the score.
bron sat the fourth and we had so much momentum our bench also skull fucked them
I told you the other day...
More stats being made available is awesome for fans.
The only problem is it can lead to you stuff like this, because you can prove just about anything with them.
I hope people understand that there is such a thing as over analysis of stats.
This is not a measure of an individual player; some teams have more depth than others. This is not a measure of Kyrie Irving as an individual player - particularly when James typically lead the bench unit in the playoffs.
Again, this is not a measure of Kyrie Irving's individual skill.
The stats are literally being ignored; and we're talking about fairy tales of the Cavs bench losing to the Raptors. It's a discussion that doesn't seem worth having yet it fills the thread for pages and pages.
