Antonio Andrews became the Tennessee Titans starting RB last year as a rookie, overtaking several higher rated RB draft picks they had taken recently...
So there's that.....Leon Allen will likely be drafted this year based on his size, but Anthony Wales is the better player with great acceleration and quickness.
Chances of Cook going ahead of McCaffery are slim to none. McCaffery also fits the explosive athlete mold Jackson and the Browns seemed to like in the 2016 draft.
Antonio Andrews did so well they traded for someone else to be a starting RB.
It's always best to compare players with almost 3500 total yards vs D2 UDFA types.

To even have a guy who started at RB last year in the NFL, from a school like Western KY is impressive. The fact that they have (2) NFL caliber RB's on their team this year, is impressive.
