Love has been putrid to start this season.

He shouldn't be forcing at all. He's not a good enough shooter.

Sure, but at the same time look at Young even tonight...

Dude was horrid in the 1st quarter....but his coach didn't panic, his teammates still let him have control of the ball, and after some time and adjustments he was able to play himself into a rhythm.

Collin hasn't even been given the opportunity to get into a rhythm once so far this season. The 4th quarter against the Wolves was the only time he was given control of the ball on a consistent basis and he almost brought us all the way back in that game.

We just have him spending so much court time standing in the corner watching Hood or Clarkson...I don't know how he can be expected to ever get any rhythm or feel for the speed of the game without having the ball 80% of the time. He's not an off-ball guard. He's always been the primarily ball-handler at every level where he's had success. If you're not going to play to a guys strengths, why the hell draft him and make him your future in the first place?

My biggets concern for him is his finishing around the rim, but I can't properly judge his driving until he at least has the keys to the car

Some players should be ashamed of their defensive performance. You can miss shots, you can have a bad day, but you can not give up the hustle over there! That is not acceptable, especially for a team like Cavaliers..

It'd be nice if he didn't have to basically force a shot everytime he gets the ball because he knows he's not gonna see it for the next 10-12 plays.

There has always been an excuse in play for Sexton. When he forced stuff in college it was because his teammates sucked. When he forces stuff now it’s because he won’t see the ball again.

Love has been putrid to start this season.

He has totally lost his outside shot: 1-7 on threes tonight. 30% shooting every game. His form is stiff, no flow to it. So many of his open looks came from James finding him in the right spot in rhythm. Now that he doesn't have a James (or Rubio, like in Minnesota) getting him the ball, his stroke looks terrible.

Really? You’ve watched the 1st 3 very inefficient games right? This should be par for the course for the season. He’s not capable of playing like he did before he came to Cleveland. He’s beat up and older and doesn’t have LeBron to hold the attention of the defense. It was a dumb contract in my book. We won’t contend for shit anytime soon anyway so I guess it doesn’t matter.
