Let’s see how his jumper looks a few months from now when he has more time under his belt. He is def in the conversation at the 4 through 6 slots. I asked this question earlier. In the new lottery system, what is the worst case for the team with the worst record?Hard to argue with those results, but I'm not sure how well his game will translate at the next level. Not sure he has enough court vision to be a team's primary ballhandler, but he also doesn't seem like a good enough shooter to be a valuable off-ball player. Tricky guy to build around.

So we are we taking 5th in 2020 as well? Only kind of kidding....Worst case (and bizarrely, most likely case) is 5th.
The fact that he's 2/12 from 3 and 11/21 from the line doesn't bode particularly well...he has plenty of company though, as many of the top wings in this draft have highly suspect jumpshots. Hopefully for us at least a few of them join Reddish and Grimes in the good outside shooter club by season's end.

Assuming vets like Hill, Hood, Korver, Smith are long gone, and maybe even Love. The 2020 team could be very young and raw, which we should be very fine with. Atlanta still has that threat over us, and we really do need premium young talent to form a core, especially since Sextons trajectory seems more like solid starter versus future super star.Yeah, it's hard to get pumped up for the tank this year...which I guess was the point, but ugh
Well out of the Cavs control. Have to get a front office that can pick the right player whether it is pick 1 or 5. Zion is def a very marketable player that would get the team back on prime time a few more times for sure. Still we need to avoid the complete mess of the last rebuild with Irving waiters and Bennett. It would be nice to have a stable front office and coaching staff that grows and develops future draft picks. Otherwise a guy like Zion is going to want leave town the first chance he gets.Have to get Zion.

Zion's per minute stats are outrageous. Easy thing to say is he's just beating up on weak teams, but he was just as good against UK as Vs the other two teams.
He won't be on the Cavs' radar if they get a top 3 pick, but if it falls out of the top 3 I think he's someone to keep an eye on. I'd like IU to have him initiating the offense more to see how he can do. He's struggling with shooting so far but he's added about 15 pounds since getting to campus. The added mass could be affecting his shot as he gets used to it. He shot 81% from the line his senior year. He's got good size for a 2 guard - 6'6 with a 6'11 wingspan.Hard to argue with those results, but I'm not sure how well his game will translate at the next level. Anyone summarize Duke game flow last night? I missed the game and forgot to DVR it.
Was Reddish dinged? Or why did he only log 12 minutes? Haven't seen much mentioned through the normal channels.
Also, synopsis on RJ's shooting line? Product of just not hitting 3's?
