2023 NFL Draft - Day 3 - Rounds 4 through 7

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What do you think about going QB in the 5th though? Value pick?

Love it.

You develop a young, very elusive player with four years of starting experience behind Watson.

He’ll eventually be the backup when Dobbs is gone and in the 5th round it amounts to a very low risk.

They like the guy, no problem with them attempting to strengthen the long term future of the QB position.

Sean Clifford is three months older than Jordan Love.

Dobbs is going to be on the roster next year almost assuredly. They gave him $2M fully guaranteed.

I figure Mond is gone, DTR is QB3 next year and then slides up and becomes QB2 in 2024.
I agree with this.

I think DTR is the roll of the dice we took on securing either a long-term backup or a backup QB that other teams want to trade for.

I think that, today, he isn't ready to be ahead of Dobbs in the pecking order.

Mond is likely gone--or on a practice squad.

Real quick big board:

RB: Deuce Vaughn, Zach Evans
WR: AT Perry, Xavier Hutchinson, Kayshon Boutte
TE: Zack Kuntz, Davis Allen, Noah Gindorff
C: Wypler, Forsyth
G: Vorhees
DE: Andre Carter
DT: Ojomo, Jalen Redmond, Desjuan Johnson, Nesta Jade Silvera, Jerrod Clark, Keondre Coburn
LB: Ivan Pace, Cam Jones
S: Ronnie Hickman, JL Skinner, Brandon Joseph, Antony Johnson

Player I want: Andre Carter
Player I think Berry wants: Forsyth or Ronnie Hickman

Never thought I’d see the day Sean Clifford is a 5th round pick.

We should go get Kuntz

Is the draft over yet? If not I would like to see them get younger at the punter position.

BPA time for sure. But I still would like depth on the lines or LB
