On the broadcast they said that Penny Hardaway tried to use him as a PG in Memphis and he had trouble making the transition. My guess is he didn't have a good PG at Eastern Michigan. I think how the Cavs used him is exactly how he can thrive in the NBA.
He looks like a player that can shoot and cut off ball. His bad decision making really comes when he is trying to break guys down off the dribble. After the first game, he really seem to show he knows how to play within the flow of an offense. If he isn't asked to be the first or second ball handler on the floor, he will be able to find his role on the team.
From what I saw, his weakest skill is his handles. Trying to make him a PG seems like a terrible idea to me.
