22nd and 37th Pick Discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Kendall Wright in the 3rd round? Basing that purely off his body fat? Every time I saw Baylor play, Kendall Wright jumped out as an absolute difference maker. I thought of Steve Smith numerous times. If he's there at 37, thats an easy pick for the Browns.

Based on the quote from the scout that says he's a stuck in the third round.

Whether that's true or not...well see.

At first I was worried about Wright's body fat. But once he gets into the NFL and has veterans and a strength and conditioning coach breathing down his neck to hit the weight room, I think that issue will go away. He also has a powerful motivator to stay in shape: money.

Other than the combine body fat percentage, I haven't heard of any other red flags regarding Wright. I don't see him eating himself out of the league in four years.

Talk about Wright's body fat all you want, I don't think he is a good enough WR to play in a WCO. Slot guy, IMO.

5'10, 4.6 40 and questions about weight issues?

Randle it is

Right now the picture looks pretty clear that the #22 and #37 picks will be a WR and OT (assuming Richardson is the pick at #4)... I'm not sure what order but I think it's safe to say those will be the picks... But I will say the one wildcard in this is Weeden, who the Browns like a lot.. I don't see him in play that much at #22 but I do see him very much in play at #37 and later... He's the one that could throw a wrench into it... I could also see a CB being picked, if one falls that is deemed to good to pass up...

I also see it very possible that the Browns move up in the 3rd to secure a late 2nd round pick...
