I would rather have him challenge the shot and get embarrassed than play some matador defense like half of the league's big men would have done.
 
Big Marr, you know better than that. I would give you an infraction but I have never seen you do something like that before. Use better judgement. That stuff has no place on this part of the site. People surf this site from work and that's just not acceptable.

As a Cavs fan, I appreciate how Andy didn't act like a pussy afterwards. He let Wade know he wasn't going to bow down to him.

The look Andy shot him before they got the double techs made me think he was going to punch his ass.

I like Wade as a player, but can't stand all the calls he gets and his bullshit acting.

That was epic. I was dying of laughter. I love Andy to bits too, but that was the greatest dunk I've ever since live.

When you compare their body types and size. D Wade just went for it and you have to respect that.

Reminds me of when LeBron baptized D Jones in the same arena. Shaq even appreciated that and cracked on D Jones the next day. I'm sure there are jokes now between Andy and the rest of the team.

I don't think Andy gives a shit about this. Of all the guys to get dunked on not have it affect him too much, I think Andy is a top guy for it. I mean, I am sure he was embarrassed, but guys have been abusing and pushing and threatened him his whole career. That doesn't stop him from being irritating and relentless to anybody he plays against. I am sure Andy wishes it didn't happen, but this won't affect him. He's had whole nations calling for his head and Andy couldn't care less.

Yeah, but you would think Wade throwing it down like he did would have motivated Miami to newer and greater heights. The irony of it all suggests the opposite happened;... it fired up LeBron and the Cavs to newer and greater heights, and the Cavs got the last throw down AND laugh on the night.
 
I'm a Cavs fan but I can't stand Anderson Varejao, great job Wade.

He's the most uncoordinated piece of shit I've seen in my entire life. I wanted to blast my brains out when we signed him a 6 year deal extension.

This is also the guy who missed a wide open layup in the Finals game 3 from 2007, we could of took a lead but yeah he missed..

That was 2 years ago, quit living in the past and think of now. He's improved like crazy since the Finals.

Anderson Varejao is a medicore basketball player.. He's not even a good fit on this team, that's why JJ Hickson is starting. His contract extension is completely inexplicable and was yet another bad decision by the front office.

I'm so tired of people saying AV is some kind of remarkable PF, and it's his "intangibles." Let's see some fucking "tangibles" for a change, and I mean on a consistent basis. The guy shouldn't even be in a Cavs uniform this season. What are we gonna start him at the center position next year if Shaq retires? Who's comfortable with that prospect? We're bringing this guy off the bench and paying him .....
