Anybody selling their PS3?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Is it worth it? $500 for the PS3? I want to get it but I don't know if I am down with dropping half a grand for a system then a good 50+ for each game.

Deadlock your messages are full, I can't send a response.

PS3 graphics are dead on with 360's. Where the 360 has PS3 beat is XBOX LIVE and number of Games that's out for it.

I dont know, that's what Im stuck on. I want to play Socom, that game alone makes want to buy the system, but that is so much damn money...

I sold my 360 to my brother hah so I'll still have the best two systems out right now..one in my room and one across the hall.

Blu Ray is the future, just get a cheaper one off of ebay..

I just bought 2 Sixaxis controllers on ebay for 88 bucks with shipping 90.50 with insurance.... good deal right?

What are the Sixaxis controllers?

the ones that come with the ps3.. 50-60 in stores.. blu-ray and wireless.. motion activated to, so in some games like for example mlb 2k7 you can swing the controller like a bat(like a wii)

when u get your ps3 in you should have one with it..

yea, in NCAA you got to tilt it back and push it forward when you do free throws.

oh and **** the people at EA Sports for not having the Ole Miss band in the game because of their fight song.

Sick...

Yeah those sweet sixaxis controllers have no rumble pack like the PS2 and 360. They are trash.

The only game worth buying a PS3 for is Resistance and even that's a stretch, single player is just too short, Why do you think the price has dropped the first 8 months it's out???

I loved my PS2 over Xbox because of the Library of games Sony had. Now Xbox Live Rules and has all the same games as PS3, except it also has one more, it's called Halo 3, Have you guys ever heard of it?

there was a lawsuit or something over the rumble feature.. so its taken care of and the rumble controller is coming soon.. and is the rumble pack that much of a difference? no.

To be honest, I never got what the big deal about the rumble was. WHen I played and was focused, I never knew it was there. It is an ok feature, but not one to say this or that system is better because of it.

If you didnt know, they lowered the price because they are phasing out the 60 gig system for the new 80 gig. So once all the 60 gigs are gone, its back to the normal price.

SOny is adding it to their new system, why do you think they are doing that??? Because it makes no difference?? Also, anything done to the controller you shouldn't really notice, if you did, that would be called a distraction.

1. Game Library and Halo 3
2. XBOX LIVE
3. Controllers

It's a good strategy to pretend like the systems are cheaper; for what like a month? And then then go back up to 600 when no one would buy them.

You don't need an 80 gig hard drive. If you have music or Pictures they can be accessed on your Xbox/ps3 through your computer and wireless network. I really don't know anyone that even fills up 20 gigs. And did they already phase out the 20 gig????

That means when you go to sell a 20 gig or 60 gig you won't get anything for it because people are going to think it's old and worthless since it's being "phased out" because 8 months ago is so old. And the 20 gig got phased out in April-May because 5 months ago is so old. IF you can't see that as a game company struggling I don't know what it.

BTW I've played all three systems alot, my rankings.

1. 360 because of the COST, Library, LIVE, and Halo 3 and almost every game PS3 puts out and then some. Graphics between PS3 and 360 are debatable, it depends on the game, neither is superior.

2. Wii, the gameplay on some games is the best of all three, the lack of library, and so many damn kids games sucks somewhat. This is the best system overall if you'd want to play games with your family. It's also the cheapest of the three and you still can't find them in stores 8 months after launch. The Wii's graphics are okay but 360 and PS3 Blow it away.

3. PS3, too expensive, forces Blu-ray on you, no library just like the WII. IT's graphics along with 360 are some of the best depending on the game. The only game that was really good was Resistance; Motor Storm was okay but it got boring quick. God Of War 3 will be kick ass too, but if it's like the first 2 the game will be too short.

That's my opinion on the systems.
