There's a huge backstory that goes into this, but I'd rather not make it public.

Basically looking for someone knowledgeable in social work, children's welfare, something of that nature to speak to in PM so I know what I should/need to do?

Short story, I'm very concerned about the welfare of the neighbors children and the mental instability of their mother. And I want to do what I can for her children's sake.

Varies by state. Best thing to do is simply look up your county social services (or whatever it's called in your state) and give them a call. Tell them your concern and they'll direct you to the right people.

I was a visitation and transport contractor for department of child services in Gary,IN. I also served as a senior facility director for an org that provided direct care services for adults with special needs. If you’d deem me credible l/intellectually valuable feel free to reach out. Happy to assist however I can

Edit Ah typical shady lawyer offering insight to help drive humility and helpful action within a community.

I've been a mandated reporter in Pennsylvania and Cali. Q-Tip is correct that laws vary state by state. Generally, you can call CPS but if the neighbor finds out who did it, you need to be prepared for their reaction. Small towns don't keep secrets.

Shes been verbally attacking all the neighbors over the past 2 months. She tried with me the last 2 days in a row and I shut that shit down.

At this point, it's 4-5 neighbors that are tired of her, one who is trolling the shit out of her with music (that someone is NOT me).

I called today and we'll leave it at that.

You may want to coordinate with neighbors. I think I have a rough idea where you live. Usually, in this area, once a call is made to CPS, they will launch and internal investigation and potentially assign a GaL. If they do that, they'll want to talk to everyone who has witnessed some type of abuse. The more people that are willing to go on the record, the better chance that the children will be provided with some type of protection.
