Tonight marks the end of the most boring time in sports. Drafts are over, Summer League is over, Cavs aren't doing anything, all you have left to do is watch the Indians implode. Now the NFL returns, I'm ridiculously excited for a game that doesn't have one of my teams playing in it.

I liked it.

Having said that, sometimes it just better when you leave the old tradition alone.

Thought it was horrific. Didn't even play the national anthem, just sang the words to a crappy beat.

This game is certainly a barn burner so far. Nicks lighting it up for me with 1, almost 2, points.

Roughly half of the teams that made the playoffs last year won't make them this year. I say the Giants won't make the playoffs and the Cowboys will.

Yeah, i'd like to see the Browns get another one of those next year in the draft someone like Xavier Rhodes from Florida State

Yeah, Claiborne shut down Nicks all night. Being able to go to single coverage really opens up your options on defense. Especially when you have someone like Ryan running things.

Having two corners that can man up help Demarcus Ware and the pass rush tremendously. It really showed last night.
