I think Texas has a far better chance than most people do. They have an excellent defense so the game should be low scoring. Alabama will need terrific QB play like they got against Florida. They aren't going to be able to ram the ball down the Horns throat. IMO, their QB played the game of his life in that game down in Atlanta. I'm skeptical that McElroy can duplicate the SEC championship performance. I think people are overreacting to what happended during the Big 12 and SEC championships when handicapping this game.
