I would assume he gets the full amount. They can't cut him without an injury settlement either.

I guess his 07 base isn't too bad, the large contract he got in 06 was primarily roster bonus, so his cap hit might not be that awful.

I don't care for the Browns at all, but I can appreciate Bentley's desire to come home and build his favorite team into a winner. I hope that he is able to play again, although it would seem to me at this point that it is not a certainty. If it ends up being the end of the road for him, he will have at least made a good living as he moves on in his life's work.
