We're all sick of moral victories aren't we? Losing by a point or two or "putting in a good effort" but still coming up short..we keep hearing Crennel talking about moral victories but..

If we get 11 more moral victories we're picking 1st in the draft..moral victories are nice if your improving but this team is like a car stuck in a ditch. The wheels are spinning and their is this illusion created by the FO that we're moving but we're still in the ditch.

You see a team like the Cardinals much like ourselves...some nice young names on offense on paper..but yet they still invent new ways to lose much like ourselves. I for one thought Charles Barkley was a lunatic saying the Cards getting a FG before the half to put it at 20-0 was a momentum swing in favor of the Bears...though it's not Charles' sport he sure knew what he was talking about as the Bears outscored the Cardinals with their defense 21-3. And won by a point..

The whole time I'm saying..the Browns aren't playing this weekend but if they were I'm sure I'd feel like a Cardinals fan. A mixture of disbeleif devestation and overall depression..

Ok I'm done rambling..I hope this weekend vs Denver we either..

A) Come up with a victory (one that counts in the standings mind you)

or

B) We get blown out like a 45-7 job like Pitt vs KC and heads begin to roll namely Carthon's. And Romeo starts to feel the heat on his chair..and maybe just maybe..inspires the players before the game..and at the half.

And stops being a monotone bump on a log of a coach..

So no more moral victories...either we win or get our doors blown off..we either need to improve with the personell we have to start bringing in new people.

I never want to get bolwn out. Dont get any enjoyment out of a game.

Yeah but if we keep getting close wins Maurice Carthon will stay..Romeo isn't proactive like Denny Green...they're O Coordinator F'd up and now he's gone..Ravens dumped theirs but we can't.

It's not fun..but it might get a change made.

Ehh going to be a tuff game for us. We are facing pretty much our old defesnive line.. And of course when they leave cleveland they go on and be great (figures).. But so what they only gave up 1 td so far this year (holy hell thats good.) I don't want to get blown out, make it close. But who knows we have a thing for beating better teams then sucking against the shitty ones.

Pathetically...we need to clean house in two areas still...

(1) Offensive line- As Bernie said, this is a fvcking 20 year old story and we haven't done anything to fix it. Andruzzi is awful, Cosey Coleman is a POS, LeCharles is probably going to die before he plays a down with us, and noone really stands out as decently talented.

(2) Coaching wise...For some reason- maybe its just his firey nature and the fact that we are friggin awesome on fourth down and pretty decent in the red-zone- I trust Grantham. Its just that the defense is on the goddamn field so much that they get tired. You cant be as effective when your offense 3 and outs and gives the ball back to the opponent before the guys can get a sip of gatorade. I hate that shit and we do it the large majority of the time.

Carthon is terrible. He's a fvcking idiot and he's too goddamn narcissistic (as a former FB) to admit that...unless your fullback is Mike Alstott, he should play NO OTHER ROLE THAN BLOCKING. Romeo is a POS. Romeo is the new Paul Silas. He seems to contribute nothing with this team. He never has anything intelligent to say about our games and he's just not bringing these guys out to play. Whether Carthon is holding us back or not...Romeo is giving him the freedom to do it. I never trusted Romeo.

Should have been...we have a thing for making it look like we might beat better teams and then turning around and sucking horrendously in crunch time.

It better not be a blowout, Im gonna be there.

HELLO!

Blowout? This is DENVER's O we are talking about here.

The Pony's O is worse than ours.

It all depends on which Jake the Snake (eh, get it. Snake...like me..ehh...oh forget it. lol) shows up.

The past 4 times Jake has faced us, he is 0-4. So, hopefully that will continue.

PS-Denver has one of the worst Kick/Punt coverage teams in the NFL. So, look out for Cribbs to bust one...maybe too.

Northcutt is out.

Bodden is out.

We are going to run the Dink and Dunk against Denver so it immobilizes their pass rush.

Champ Bailey is going to have no less then 5 picks...

DJ Williams and Al Wilson will probably decapitate a few Browns before the game is over..

The only shot we have is on special teams..which is basically all we ever have. Let's hope our KR can get us into field position or else we're punting..(joke)

For some stupid reason I think we're gonna win this game.
