We're all sick of moral victories aren't we? Losing by a point or two or "putting in a good effort" but still coming up short..we keep hearing Crennel talking about moral victories but..
If we get 11 more moral victories we're picking 1st in the draft..moral victories are nice if your improving but this team is like a car stuck in a ditch. The wheels are spinning and their is this illusion created by the FO that we're moving but we're still in the ditch.
You see a team like the Cardinals much like ourselves...some nice young names on offense on paper..but yet they still invent new ways to lose much like ourselves. I for one thought Charles Barkley was a lunatic saying the Cards getting a FG before the half to put it at 20-0 was a momentum swing in favor of the Bears...though it's not Charles' sport he sure knew what he was talking about as the Bears outscored the Cardinals with their defense 21-3. And won by a point..
The whole time I'm saying..the Browns aren't playing this weekend but if they were I'm sure I'd feel like a Cardinals fan. A mixture of disbeleif devestation and overall depression..
Ok I'm done rambling..I hope this weekend vs Denver we either..
A) Come up with a victory (one that counts in the standings mind you)
or
B) We get blown out like a 45-7 job like Pitt vs KC and heads begin to roll namely Carthon's. And Romeo starts to feel the heat on his chair..and maybe just maybe..inspires the players before the game..and at the half.
And stops being a monotone bump on a log of a coach..
So no more moral victories...either we win or get our doors blown off..we either need to improve with the personell we have to start bringing in new people.
