Has there ever been a more obvious impending twist in a video game than Kevin Spacey turning out to be the bad guy in this game? It would have been a bigger twist for him to have not been a bad guy.

Agreed although I'm not sure it was ever being kept secret. I thought he was the bad guy going in just from the E3 stuff.

I have to play hardcore or this game's multiplayer pisses me off too much. Hate putting five bullets into a guy just to have him fly away and get behind me within three seconds. Hardcore negates that.

This is my first CoD game and what I can tell, it's not really that great for sniping. Everyone camps but there are only a couple decent maps you can really use a snipe rifle setup.
I've always hated CoD and it's community but I will say I am having a bit of fun on it.
The story isnt that bad and the cut scenes graphics are bloody awesome. I wouldnt dismiss it like everyone else.

Play hardcore. Too many hitmarkers if you don't. You only have time for one (maybe two shots) or you'll get turned on and killed or they'll fly away.

That's what I am afraid of. Quick scoping isn't much fun, and to be really effective at qsing, you need perks that are only dedicated to that particular skill. With the jet pack shit, seems it might be a pretty tall task to hit guys gliding around.

It is one thing to take a guys head off when he is running, another when he is flying. If psn wasn't down (shocker...) I would try it out. There is a classic mode right? Might be the way to go.

Yeah I've played classic mode a bit. A bit campy, but definitely playable. If you don't want to play hardcore, I'd go for classic for sniping.

Probably the best part about it to be honest. It's a great change of pace and gives a dogfight feel to engagements. Very cool.

Guess it came at a good time for me then since I haven't had the desire to even turn my PS4 on in well over a week. I'm kind of burned out on Destiny.

I'd probably play call of duty a decent amount if it was as good online as I thought black ops was. I'm just not sure it is and I don't want to waste $60 after I just spoiled the shit out of my girlfriend for Christmas and depleted my throwaway cash [emoji16]

If you like to snipe, play Team Fortress 2. One of the best online games when it comes to sniping, and a good sniper can literally alter the course of a match. Plus, the sniper can use a bow and arrow, which is just about the most fun thing I've ever done in a shooter. Jumping around a corner and planting an arrow in some unsuspecting dude's face is the greatest.

I've got a bow that keeps track of my kills with it and I'm up over sixteen thousand with over ten thousand headshots.

Gamestop had this new for $40 this week so I picked it up on a whim. Getting ready to jump into now for an hour or two before I get ready to go out.
